COMPANY INTRO
The roots of Speedwerx go back to the 80’s and 90’s, when owner Steve Houle was
designing and building parts for his own race sleds. His innovative ideas spoke
for themselves as he proved to be a dominating force in snowmobile racing, winning many races and multiple world championships along the way. Soon other competitors and consumers were asking for their own race-proven parts, and that led to the
creation of the Hot Seat Performance brand in 1994, and the Speedwerx brand in 1999.
For over 20 years, the Speedwerx family has been committed to winning. Whether it is on the race track with our own machines, or helping our customers achieve their goals with our products, Speedwerx is a proven winner in many different

SNO-X MOD KIT
This is the exact same kit and technology that was used to dominate the ISOC pro-open class, the winter
x-games and multiple drag races around the mid-west since 2012. This same race winning reliability and performance is available to you over the counter. This kit is based off of the 2009-2016 stock Arctic Cat 600 Sno Pro
engine. Kit includes: Our custom race twin pipe kit, billet head inserts, complete Hypershift™ clutch kit with our
H5 alloy clutch springs, carb boring, crank case stuffing, crankshaft true and weld, cdi remapping and cylinder
porting. We also provide you with baseline jetting specs. 2013+ models do not come with all of the parts listed
due to rule changes.
2011-2012 MODELS: 160+ HP @ 8700-9000 RPM WITH A VERY STRONG OVERALL POWERBAND.

Tested and designed for the extreme conditions of the Iron dog cross-country race, these heads will also work

SPEEDWERX PROCHARGER SUPERCHARGER KIT
For years Speedwerx has been leading the industry in snowmobile performance and this kit takes it to a
completely new level. We have developed a complete supercharger kit for the Arctic Cat 800cc sleds using
a top of the line supercharger from ProCharger, one of the industry leaders in superchargers. Our kit comes
complete with everything needed for a complete install with a few options to choose from. This kit makes
225 hp on premium pump gas from sea level to 13,000 ft. Please call for race gas applications. No chassis
modifications are needed to install the kit. New for 2016 our kits will include a water to air intercooler set-up
and cogged pulleys and belt. With our new water to air intercooler set-up you can expect to see 80° F charge
temps on average during a typical mountain riding day.

ECU MAPPING
This is as simple as it gets for adding serious HP to your 9000/1100 Turbo. We have developed our own software
that allows us to reprogram the stock ECU and adjust fuel, boost limits, timing, rev limiter and waste gate activation/deactivation RPM. With this software there are no limits to what we can do to unleash the most power from
your 1100 Turbo. All of these great features allow us to produce up to 290+ HP with the stock turbo. It also allows
us to make up to 240 HP on premium pump gas all while improving the fuel mileage by up to 2 gallons per tank
compared to stock. So over time the mapping will pay for itself! ECU boxes that are sent in will be remapped
within 1 business day for a fast and speedy turn around. For those that cannot wait, we have core boxes on hand
ready to be sent out.
ECU mapping is available in 2 different forms. Our single map version where we can put any single map in your
box, or our multi map function that allows us to run up to 4 different maps at one time and you can select on
the go (real-time) which map you would prefer to run. Both set-ups look stock and can easily be hidden from
your competition.

Our lightweight mufflers are designed to improve performance and overall power all while reducing weight.
These systems offer a different sound with stock-like runability without any EFI changes. For the 1100 Turbo/9000 models we are only offering our L2 series muffler because it has the same sound as our older standard
version muffler due to the turbo reducing most of the exhaust noise. The L2 series is also lighter and runs cooler
since the exhaust doesn’t have to stay in the muffler as long before it exits the machine.

STANDARD LIGHTWEIGHT MUFFLERS
Our lightweight mufflers cut anywhere from 3 to 12 pounds depending on model! All of our mufflers are
designed to reduce weight while keeping sound levels as low as possible. Our mufflers have more bark than
stock units but we try not to make them too obnoxious. In other words, they won’t blow you off of your seat!
Some of our mufflers are even quieter than stock. Our 2010-2016 800 mufflers are 4-6 decibels quieter
than OEM @ 4000 RPM! We always have performance on our minds and our mufflers will either perform
the same or better than the stock system. Our mufflers utilize the stock outlet location and require no major
chassis modifications for installation. All mufflers come standard painted with a hi-temp black paint and most
mufflers come with installation instructions if needed.

The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs “inline” with
the bike’s stock ECU (electronic control unit). The PC uses original equipment style
connectors, so no splicing or cutting of the harness is required. Most installations
take less than 15 minutes, some as little as 5 minutes.
AUTOMOTIVE
Changes are made to the bikes fuel and, in some cases, ignition curves via the PC’s
onboard microprocessor. Using this technology we are able to offer a large area of
adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bike’s ECU. Removing
the PC returns the bike to its previous stock condition. Each unit comes complete
with software and cable link that allows you to change between different maps or
make adjustments to a map file.
AUTO TUNE MODULE
DYNOJET IS PLEASED TO BE ABLE TO BRING YOU THE LATEST IN TUNING ACCESSORIES. WE NOW OFFER
A WIDE BAND AUTO TUNE KIT THAT CAN BE USED WITH ANY POWER COMMANDER V.
The Dynojet Auto Tune Kit plugs into the PCV with a single cable. The only other connections needed are a +12 volt and a ground. With the Auto Tune Kit connected the
user can specify what air/fuel ratio (how rich or lean) to make each specific RPM and
throttle position % combination. This makes it possible to adjust cruise for best fuel
economy as well as larger throttle openings for peak power. Dynojet includes base
settings for the air/fuel ratios, but they are fully adjustable if need be.

These springs may be new to the consumer market, but we have been running these parts for over 9 years now! Not all kits come with the new H5 Alloy material at this time, but
if you want to make sure your kit includes a spring made of the new H5 Alloy all you have to do is request it!
Most of our performance clutch kits come with a new H5 Alloy drive spring, a set of our machined weights that feature a black oxide coating to prevent corrosion, one of our
compound radius secondary helixes and a new H5 Alloy secondary spring. If you want a smooth yet aggressive holeshot, excellent back shifting and great throttle response, ask

WEIGHT BUSHINGS / SET SCREWS
HYPERSHIFT MACHINED ADJUSTABLE CLUTCH WEIGHTS - MADE IN THE USA!
ORIGINAL HYPERSHIFT MACHINED WEIGHTS
All of our machined adjustable weights come heat treated and black oxide coated to prevent wear and corrosion. We
offer 3 different profiles of weights. The first being our Hammerhead (heavy tip) weights which provide you with the most
aggressive shift. They work great on big torque twin cylinder engines. Then we have our Tapered Tip weights, which are the
same profile as the Hammerhead weights but they feature a medium tip for a slightly less aggressive upshift and better
backshift. Last but not least we have our Taper Tip 2 weights, which have a similar profile as the Tapered Tip weights but
they feature the lightest tip available for the least aggressive upshift and the best backshift. The tip of the weight is adjustable so you can add 2.5 grams for fine tuning.
Weight bushings and set screws are
sold separately. Be sure to order as
many as you need for your model as
well as the correct part. Set screws
should be replaced every time you
change weights! Bushing should be
replaced when worn or when they are
loose.

ADJUSTABLE AGGRESSIVE PROFILE MACHINED WEIGHTS
This new aggressive profile weight revs quicker at engagement while shifting
harder through the mid-range and top end. These weights will act 4 to 6
grams heavier than a standard profile weight. (If you are replacing a 65
gram standard weight, you should order a 60-61 gram aggressive profile weight.) The tip is also adjustable so you can add up to 2.5 grams for fine
tuning. The engagement RPM will increase about 200 RPM over the standard
profile.
5-SERIES ADJUSTABLE MACHINED WEIGHTS
These weights are designed to match
the power curve and shift characteristics of some of the new 4-stroke
engines on the market. These weights
all act 4-6 grams heavier in the clutch
than they weigh on the scale.
ADJUSTMENT KIT/INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS
This kit comes with a base of set screws,
button head screws, washers and
loc-tite for fine tuning and adjusting
your new speedwerx weights. With

down the whole ramp. Compound radius cut helixes are progressive on the first section of the ramp and have a straight angle on the end of the ramp. Our straight helixes maintain the same angle through the entire ramp of the helix.
The advantage to the compound radius is that it will typically back shift quicker for snow cross or tight twisty trail riding. The starting angle is always steeper at first for quicker
acceleration, then progressively changes to the lesser angle so that the clutches don’t over shift and bog down the motor so you retain excellent top speed.

TEAM PRIMARY CLUTCH SPRING CUP ADAPTOR
This spring cup adaptor is designed to allow you to run your older style primary springs
on the new Team clutches. It is necessary to keep proper spring alignment when using
the old style springs in the new Team clutch. These new clutches not only have a different load height compared to the old clutches, the spring cup diameter is different
as well. Using this adaptor with your old springs will change the rate of your spring
slightly. Here is a list of rate changes with our Speedwerx springs.

Available for most Arctic Cat models. What we do is machine / gut your stock head
so that you can run our interchangeable domes. Our domes drop right into place
under your stock head cover without anyone even knowing it! Not only does this
add some serious power to your machine, but it is a cheaper alternative to the
complete billet head kit set-up.
How this works is you can either send us your stock head or order a new stock head
through us (we normally have them on-hand). We will machine it for our domes, and
then send it to you. If you would like to send in your stock (un-machined) head, we
will give you a credit when we receive it!

Kit comes complete with cylinder boring, porting and plating, custom pistons, base gaskets, our stealth
sleeper head mod kit with your choice of 13, 14 or 15:1 compression ratio inserts, and matching of your

For those of you who want even more out of your 600 Sno Pro we have our 800cc big bore kit. The 800
kit requires stock 700 cylinder cores and a stock 2003-2011 600 or 700 head core to start. We have stock
cylinders and heads on hand ready to go if needed. We start by boring , porting and re-plateing your
cylinders to our 800 specs and then we re-machine a stock cylinder head to accept our domes. We then
send everything back with larger exhaust valves, pistons, wrist pin bearings and washers, our custom connecting rods, base gaskets and spark plug o-rings. Kit produces 160+ HP and tons of torque with our Fat
Daddy single pipe and bored carbs. Kit is designed and intended to run on premium pump gas
(91+ octane).

V-FORCE 3 REED VALVE SYSTEM
Introducing the new VForce 3, by Moto Tassinari. Moto Tassinari has
continued to build upon their industry leading design that doubles
the reed tip surface of a standard reed valve. The advantages of doubling the reed tip surface are numerous. On a VForce, with its less restrictive design, the reed petals only travel half the distance of a standard valve resulting in greater airflow through the entire RPM range
and increasing reed petal life. Throttle response and horsepower is
greatly increased with the addition of a VForce, however fuel economy
is typically also greater, due to the efficiency of a VForce reed valve
system. Exclusive to the VForce 3 is our patent pending snap together
cage design that utilizes symmetrical reed petals, eliminating the need
for different “inner” and “outer” replacement petals. Also new is the patent pending reed tip shape that accelerates the air mixture over the
reed tips, ensuring increased airflow for increased horsepower. The
new design completely eliminates the need for screws. So when you
do need to finally replace your worn reeds the job is literally... a SNAP.

CLUTCH HOUSING BLOWER KIT Keep your clutches cool- Heat destroys belts. Why purchase the Speedwerx blower kit over the competition:
• Helps prevent you the customer from spending 200.00 on each belt you to replace
• Its the only kit that modifies the stock clutch cover to draw fresh cool air into the clutches. Others pass air through the stock housing causing the air to heat up before
it even gets to the clutches.

ARCTIC CAT WET CLUTCH DELETE KITS
This kit is designed to eliminate the inner wet clutch on the Arctic Cat 550/650/700/1000cc ATV and UTV lineup. The stock clutch design works good for longevity and durability, but it lacks in overall performance and
tuneability. The Speedwerx Wet Clutch Deletion Kit will help eliminate the lag and power delay that these
units have been known for as well as increase top speed.
This kit removes over 4.5 lbs of rotating weight from the stock clutching set-up. The Primary clutch used is a
Comet clutch that has been used in the snowmobile and ATV industry for 20+ years, it offers unlimited tuning and adjustability. This clutch is very similar to the primary clutches you see on all Polaris ATVs and Polaris
and Arctic Cat Snowmobiles. The Speedwerx kit also comes 100 % complete and ready to install. The stock
clutch cover is the only stock part we modify, all other parts can be returned to stock form if needed. The
clutch cover is modified to accept the new primary clutch and we also put an oversized bearing in the clutch
cover to help support the crank shaft to ensure everything stays in place.

SLIP-ON EXHAUST SYSTEMS
These ATV Slip-On Exhaust Systems are designed to increase power, add acceleration
and throttle response, lose weight and give your quad a new deeper throatier sound. We
try to keep noise levels to a minimum. Most of our slip-on systems will fall at or below 96
decibels. Carbureted units come with suggested jetting for sea level, summer time riding,
if changes are needed. EFI units come with baseline Power Commander or Boondocker
fuel controller settings if necessary. However, most systems will require no changes to
ATV / UTV
the stock jetting or EFI mapping. All slip-ons are designed to fit with stock OEM bumpers.
Some aftermarket bumpers may affect the sound of the machine. If so we do offer dif-

ARCTIC CAT CLUTCH ROLLER WEIGHTS
The primary function of the clutch roller weight is to control the engines operating rpm. We offer 4 different grams of rollers
which will allow you to mix and match so you can come up with several different combinations in overall weight if you are
tuning or setting up your own clutching. The other difference in our clutch rollers is the diameter. Our rollers are a smaller diameter than the stock units which opens up the primary clutch more and allows the belt to drop down in the primary clutch
farther so you start off in a lower gear ratio, thus, giving you better acceleration, better throttle response, more pulling power
and less belt slippage which means longer belt life. Our rollers also come as a complete assy. So you just have to drop them
into place and go. There is no pressing, swapping or changing out existing parts with your stock ones to make these work.

POWER COMMANDER FUEL CONTROLLERS
The Power Commander is a fuel injection adjustment unit that plugs “inline” with the bike’s stock
ECU (electronic control unit). The PC uses original equipment style connectors, so no splicing or
cutting of the harness is required. Most installations take less than 15 minutes, some as little as 5
minutes.
Changes are made to the bikes fuel and, in some cases, ignition curves via the PC’s onboard
microprocessor. Using this technology we are able to offer a large area of adjustment without making any permanent changes to the bike’s ECU. Removing the PC returns the bike to its previous
stock condition. Each unit comes complete with software and cable link that allows you to change
between different maps or make adjustments to a map file.

SPEEDWERX, Inc. Merge Collectors (Header Collectors) are custom engineered and machined for each application. All of our Machined Merge Collectors are designed with a
CAD software program and then they are CNC machined for precision. Merge Collectors combine high flow and high velocity to increase and broaden an engine’s torque
curve all the way to the horsepower peak and beyond.
All of our products feature the highest quality fabrication and TIG-welding. Each collector is completely hand finished inside for proper flow.
We can custom make each Machined Merge Collector to fit your application. If you
need a specific inlet leg length or outlet length don’t worry, we have you covered!

ORDERING POLICY / ORDER FORM
ORDERS -- Our average shipping time is less than 3 working hours. All items can be checked for availability at the time you place your order. Your order is printed in our
shipping department (If Not On Back Order) immediately after you hang up the phone. Therefore “add-on” items called in later must be placed on a separate invoice and
are subject to additional shipping charges and the below small order fee if under $30.00.
DROP SHIPMENTS -- In an emergency, we can drop ship an order to your customer for a fee of $10.00 plus applicable freight charges.
PRICES -- A separate Master Price List is provided showing Dealer & Distributor cost, as well as the suggested retail prices. All prices are subject to change without notice.
BACKORDERS -- Backorders are shipped on arrival. We will verify any backorder over 30 days old before shipping. SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED.
RETURNS -- Return authorization is required. Call us for an RA number, clearly mark the outside of the package with the RA number, include a copy of the invoice and
write down the reason for return and return the package freight prepaid. Credit cannot be issued for items purchased 30 days or more prior to return, discontinued items,
special order or electrical parts. Returned merchandise must be in original package and in like new condition. A restocking fee will be charged on all returns except items
that are determined to be defective or not as ordered.
WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES -- Items under question of warranty may be replaced or IN SOME CASES returned for house credit. If the problem is fixable it will be
fixed and returned to you. Cash refunds are not allowed. We require you to call in for a return authorization for your warranty work. Please include a detailed note explaining length of time used, cause of failure and any other necessary information.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE -- Must be reported at the time the package is opened - NO EXCEPTIONS. All orders are checked for accuracy after picking
and are weighed to give us three ways of checking. ALL BOXES AND PACKING MUST BE SAVED and returned to Hot Seat Performance, Inc. or Speedwerx, Inc. in most
cases to receive credit for shortages. We will pay for postage.
REFUSED C.O.D. -- Our FULL restocking fee, plus freight both ways will be charged to your account if you change your mind and refuse a C.O.D.
FREIGHT CLAIMS -- UPS SHIPMENTS: Indicate “DAMAGED” when signing. CARTON AND MERCHANDISE MUST BE KEPT. Contact us by phone for instructions.
DEALERS ONLY -- We require that you have a business name and be listed in the phone book doing business as (1) a franchised snowmobile or ATV dealer,
(2) a retail
store advertising and having an inventory of snowmobile and ATV accessories or (3) full-time recreational vehicle repair shop. A repair shop must have a retail display of
snowmobile or ATV accessories in order to buy anything other than repair parts. To apply for dealership submit request on your business letterhead and enclose a copy of
your business license. You must have a business phone number (NOT your residence). We prefer to have a photo of your business showing your business sign. If dealership is a new business, we will require a photo for our files. We reserve the right to refuse selling to anyone we feel does not meet our dealer qualifications. If you are not a
legitimate dealer, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND OURS. We reserve the right to requalify dealer status at any time.
CREDIT TERMS -- All customers will receive orders on a C.O.D. or Credit Card basis except those who have established an open account with us and they will receive
orders under our regular terms. All invoices are due payable 30 days following the date of purchase. All past due accounts will be charged the maximum legal rate of
interest. Open accounts lapsing into 60 day balance will revert back to C.O.D. status. We send out statements monthly, however you may request a statement whenever
necessary. All merchandise purchased from Hot Seat Performance, Inc. or Speedwerx, Inc. remains our property until the account is paid in full. Checks returned unpaid
for any reason are subject to a $20.00 charge.
NEW ACCOUNTS -- Orders are normally shipped pre-paid on a credit card that you provide. Open account status may be established by well-rated firms. To establish an
open account, request a credit application when ordering. Please allow 30 days for processing the credit application! We reserve the right to reject any application.
MINIMUM ORDERS - Service Charges -- We have no minimum order. However, all orders totaling less than $30.00 dealer cost are automatically charged a $5.00 small
order fee to cover telephone and processing costs.

Instructions, where provided, are given to assist in installation only; they are NOT a substitute for mechanical experience in setting up racing snowmobiles, watercraft or land
based vehicles. References to performance gains, reliability, ease of installment, etc. are based on our, and outside customer’s experiences. This is NOT a guarantee of similar
performance in every installation. While we sell proven hardware, in the end it’s up to the individual racer to make the most of that hardware in his/her application.
