If you have a pre-recorded presentation OR will play this for the students after the CIEE Presentation. Interviewing To ensure the interview sessions run in a timely fashion, we have allotted 10 minutes per interview. Please be conscious of time during the interviews. CIEE staff will be available to assist you in staying on schedule. As with many two-way audio and video software applications, from time to time connections will be lost. CIEE staff will be readily available to assist with troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and we appreciate your understanding and patience while we fix them. Hiring CIEE will be providing you with student profiles and a roster of all the students represented from the specific country you are hiring from for that day. Each student profile will have a form on the top right-hand corner. You will need to fill out job information on the student profile (Employer; Job Title; Start Date; End Date) after each successful interview. The CIEE staff member responsible for data will come around periodically to collect the student profiles in order to hire the students in our database. It is important that the forms are completed immediately following a successful interview, as we will need to scan the data into our system within 30 minutes of a student being hired. This is to ensure that we are able to provide you with student-signed copies of the Job Offer Form as quickly as possible following the event. At the end of your hiring day, you will be provided with your student profiles. You will also need to sign off on a Hiring Tally Sheet.
