Want to See More? We’ll help you find the right mule. Join us on a trip into Wyoming’s Wilderness. Mule days Saddle Jake Clark’s We have been in the outfitting business since 1979. Before that, Jake’s great uncle owned an Outfitting Business since the 1950’s. Kay went on her first pack trip into the Thoroughfare when she was 5-years-old. We love our spectacular mountains and enjoy sharing them with our clients. Thank you for joining us this year! We hope you enjoy our events and know that we are bringing you the best mules in America. April - May...............................Hunting Turkey & Bear July - August...................Summer Wilderness Vacations The consignors we have at our sale are here because they continue to bring the kind of mules our buyers need and deserve. The new consignors are required to send a video of their mule(s) before they are allowed to consign to the sale as a screening process in an effort to keep the saddle mules at their highest and best quality for our buyers. The events that we include in this year’s MULE DAYS are held as an effort to show the best qualities of the breed, and each year we feel we have accomplished this by bringing you better trained and better minded mules to our sale. Our goal is to bring together the best quality mules in the industry, while having fun. We want our buyers happy with their purchases, and we want them to continue to consider Jake Clark’s MULE DAYS as THE PLACE to come for America’s Finest Select Saddle Mules. Our thanks to our friends and neighbors that have donated both financially, their valuable time, and suggestions to bring you this year’s Mule Days. We are especially grateful to the Mule Days Committee Members that pull together to help make Mule Days such a successful event. Lynn is one of the most respected equine and cattle auctioneers in America. We are very happy to have Lynn for this year’s Mule Days. Jake strives to increase the awareness of the qualities of the saddle mule. The saddle mule is growing in popularity as the animal for trail riding, outfitting and riding in the mountains. You just can’t beat a sure-footed mule. A Special “Thanks” to this year’s Ring men: Paul Greimsman ▪ Alan Ennis • Mike Stockton ▪ Todd Stevie Scott Dirk ▪ Seth Weishaar • Phone: Tony Triplett Each year we brag that we have the best selection of saddle mules & each year we believe we hit the mark by bringing you better minded, better trained & gentler mules from which to choose. PRIVATE SALES: Absolutely no private sales in the yards before or With the current economy, we never know what this year will bring for prices of the mules, but what we’ve seen in the mule auction industry is that the better animals hold their value and still bring good prices. This is specifically true about what the mules bring at our Mule Days. These mules continue to be well represented and continue to bring what the best mules in the country are worth. Lynx: In 1998 at my first sale, Jackie Taylor & I partnered and bought Lynx from Jason Wilf of Pleasant Plains, AR. We hauled him to USTRC team ropings and if you could rope to his capabilities you could beat ‘em severely. A freind of mine took “Lynx” to the Wyoming Cutting Horse Competition and placed second on him for the year end awards against horses. He was awesome broke, best mule I have ever seen or been around. He’s won numerous buckles in heading, heeling, goat tying and mule races & all around saddle. My grandson Caden, 6-years-old rode him and lead a pack mule on him for the first time going into camp for 12 miles. Everone on the ranch loved and admired him and he will always be memoralized in our stories and a fixture in our hearts.
