4. Adjust micro adjusting screw
Micro adjusting screw
Low/middle RPM is adjusted with trimming needle.
For the first drive, try to run as set. Stop driving, and the neutral
tends to stop… finally to stoppage, adjust trimming needle to
continue. Pay attention to balancing for adjusting both main and

STARTING ENGINE
1. The process of run-in before driving
When you get a new engine, we might remind you that,
no matter what kind of engine, it is important to clean
inside of the engine. They will damage the engine if
the dust and scruff get into it.
Secondly, for the run-in process, we adopt traditional
methods. In other words, we carry out the cool run-in
process under the condition of rich gas. However, the
adjustment situation of the needle valve accords with
the situation of leaving factory. Turn down the needle
value until the carburetor is in full speed without stop,
and go on with 5 tanks oil during those process, you
should let the engine stop for a while before carry on
following process.
Glow plug starter
When going load milling, the curtate range of the needle
valve should not be adjusted excessively, approximately
1/4 round is best under preview work or reaching the
properly middle/low speed. However, the main needle
only need be curtailed a little. We suggest that the
temperature is no more than 90 centidegree .

5. Starting engine
Heat up the glow plug by the starter, and then pull
the recoil starter handle to starter the engine.
Adjust the throttle trim 2 or 3 degree for easy start.
Increasing RPM until idling stabilize after starting,
then, return to normal.
NOTE: Put the car on the ground and allowed all
wheel ratate freely, and never adjust the accelerograp to the maxim position.
05
6. Over choked
Engine cylinder is flooded with fuel, plug is wet and recoil
starter is heavy, remove plug/pull recoil starter for 20-30
times to discharge the fuel.
7. Stopping engine
Placing neutral position, remove air cleaner and turn off
air intake opening . or block exhaust opening.
NOTE: use gloves to protect hands, as exhaust pipe is
