The floatel is a 460-foot (142-metre) former sea ferry that has been converted to a premium hotel vessel and
industrial work platform. The Bridgemans Bluefort is ideally suited for companies looking to rapidly deploy full-service
accommodations and a command centre for early works projects in remote regions and offshore locations throughout
the world. Featuring 264 single-occupancy cabins with private ensuite washrooms, 30 crew cabins, dining room,
theatre and social areas, the vessel has undergone a complete refit to all cabin interiors and to enhance functionality
and reliability of state-of-the-art telecommunications equipment. The vessel also features project operations amenities,
including a 200-person briefing theatre, 10,000 square feet of office and meeting space, a 50-ton crane, a converted
car deck for equipment storage and a 12,000-pound helicopter landing pad large enough for a Sikorsky S61.

There are 294 single-occupancy rooms, each
equipped with private ensuite washroom, closet
space, and sitting area with desk, window, TV
and WIFI. 264 guest rooms and 30 crew.
Lounges throughout the ship. These areas includes
seating, card tables, large screen TVs, computer
desks and WIFI.
Dining room with seating up to 200 guests and a
buffet style service. The dining room and galley are
designed to accommodate three meal services per
day complete with a takeout lunch service.

Guest laundry facilities are available for self-service
use on a 24-hour basis. In addition, full guest
laundry service is be provided at regular intervals.
Bridgemans Services Ltd will work with all national,
regional and local authorities to meet all operating
standards and obtain all necessary permits.
Housekeeping Services
Location and Moorage Requirements
Regularly scheduled housekeeping is provided in
each room and in all common areas.
Electricity, black/gray water, and fresh water plans
will need to be established. Bridgemans Services
will work to develop an efficient and proper moorage
and access plan.

Fitness Room
There is a fully equipped first aid room which is
equipped with all necessary items to service the
requirements of occupants and crew, and can be
customized to meet the standards set by local
regulators.
Gangway
Communication Services
Deck 5 at SB side aft a 40M telescopic gangway
with own power back.
The ship has wireless high-speed internet
everywhere. The bandwidth will allow for Skype
based internet service on individual computers.
There is also a computer and satellite phone area
for guest use.
Security Office
The security office has full circuit CCTV for the ship
and corridors.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is set up to handle daily laundry
service as well as the housekeeping requirements.
There is also a self-serve laundry facility on board.
Catering and Food Services
An executive chef and catering manager ensure the
highest standards of food service, including a variety
of menu choices that change daily, maintaining
awareness of dietary restrictions (including food
allergies), and providing alternative menu items to
meet individual and cultural preferences.

Pricing & Terms
The pricing is based on a per-day per-person
cost basis. Long-term contracts will be required.
Bridgemans Services will work closely to ensure
the contract is customized to the exact expectation
of deliverable and service.
