here
BY TRAIN, YOU ARRIVE RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE
DISNEY® PARKS
•
The Eurostar and RER A (express train) take you to “Marnela-Vallée/Chessy” station, just a five-minute walk from the main
entrance to the Disney® Parks and in the vicinity of the Disney
Hotels(1) and the Selected and Associated Hotels by free shuttle.
• If you have booked a package that includes the Disney Express
Service (exclusively for direct Eurostar trains), you will receive your check-in
envelope on-board if you’re leaving from London St Pancras and
in the station if you take the train at Ashford International. Your
children will get their kids’ pack either in London or Ashford station.
Once arrived at “Marne-la-Vallée/ Chessy” station go directly to
the Disney Express counter to drop of your luggage (the station upper level). You will be able to go straight to the Parks and have fun
while your luggage will be taken and transferred to your hotel(1).
• From the centre of Paris, it’s just around 35-minute trip on the
RER A (express train) to get to the Disney Parks entrance (trip timed
from Nation metro station).
• For the Disney Parks, Disney Hotels, Selected Hotels and Radisson
Blu Hotel, take exit 14 “Parcs Disney/Bailly-Romainvilliers”.
• For Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch , take exit 13 “Provins/Serris”.
• For the Associated Hotels (except Radisson Blu Hotel), take exit 12.1
®
“Val d’Europe”.
You can park free of charge in the Disney Parks car park upon presentation of your
Disney Hotel easy pass (see page 5), or the coupon or card given to you when you
checked into your hotel.
BY PLANE, TAKE THE SHUTTLE OR A HERTZ CAR RENTAL
• Take advantage of the VEA shuttle service between Roissy/
Charles De Gaulle airport, Orly airport or Beauvais airport and
Disneyland® Paris (approximately a 1 hour to 2 hours 30 mins trip - depending
on airport and traffic)
included in your flight package or with additional
charge(1).
At Roissy/Charles de Gaulle airport, wait for the white VEA shuttle
bus outside your arrival hall. It will take you to terminals 2E/F from
where you will take the red VEA bus to Disneyland® Paris. Check with

• Your vouchers for the various options you may have reserved

• The key to your room (from 3pm, except Adagio City Aparthotel Val d’Europe).
IT’S INFINITELY EASY!
If you need any information or wish to make
a reservation for lunch, dinner, shows,
excursions or a taxi, the Concierge Information
Desk at your hotel is at your service.
IF YOU’RE STAYING IN A DISNEY HOTEL
• On the day of your arrival, your room is available from 3pm.
• On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 11am
(check out on your TV screen). No need to pass by the reception to check
out, just leave the key of your room in the special boxes. There’s
a left luggage counter in your hotel if you wish to spend one last
day in the Parks (this service is not available at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch ).

Your Disney Hotel easy pass
At the reception desk at your Disney Hotel, you’ll receive your
Disney Hotel easy pass, which gives you free access to:
• The Disney® Parks car park.
• The pool and fitness club at your Disney Hotel (where applicable).
This card also lets you put a wide variety of purchases directly on
your Disney Hotel invoice. Simply leave your credit card imprint
at reception on arrival.
IF YOU’RE STAYING IN A SELECTED OR ASSOCIATED HOTEL
• If you’re staying in the Vienna International Dream Castle Hotel,
Vienna International Magic Circus Hotel, Kyriad Hotel or Radisson
Blu Hotel, your room is available from 3pm and you must vacate
it by noon.
• If you’re staying in the Thomas Cook’s Explorers Hotel or Hotel
l’Elysée Val d’Europe, your room is available from 3pm and you
must vacate it by 11am.
• If you’re staying in the Adagio City Aparthotel Val d’Europe, your
apartment is available from 2pm and you must vacate it by noon.

THE HALF BOARD MEAL PLANS
Save up to 10% on the equivalent restaurant menu paid on the
day! For lunch or dinner, it’s a simple affordable way to enjoy the
wide variety of restaurants throughout the Resort*: in the Hotels,
in the Parks and in Disney® Village.
How to add this option

How it works
• When you arrive at your hotel you will receive one voucher per
person for each day of your stay, which can be used for lunch or
dinner (this is not a reservation).
• The list of restaurants where it can be used is listed on the
voucher (list depends on chosen meal plan – Standard, Plus or Premium).
• Then choose and book your Disney restaurants.
• Half Board Meal Vouchers are also accepted for their monetary
value in most of the table and buffet service restaurants (except for
Selected & Associated hotels restaurants). The difference must be paid if the
total exceeds the value of the voucher.
• You must pre-purchase Half Board Meal Plans before your
arrival, for the entire length of your stay (based on the number of nights
booked) and for your entire party (aged 3 and over).
