3M™ Radial Bristle Discs for Jewelry
The radial bristle disc has a flexible bristle design that can
be used for texturing, cleaning, blending, pre-finish, and
pre-polishing. Excellent for gold, platinum, silver, copper,
pewter and brass applications. Removes oxides from jewelry without messy compounds. Great for cleaning hard to
reach areas and fine detail. Available in 80 (yellow), 220
(red), 400 (blue) grades and pumice (pink). Recommended
speed for most applications: 15,000 RPM.

Trizact film. Trizact film abrasives are produced by
microreplication, a patented 3M technology. Tiny, precisely
shaped pyramids containing micron graded aluminum oxide
particles are reproduced onto a polyester film backing. As
the abrasive is used, the tops of the pyramids wear away,
continually exposing fresh sharp mineral. This ensures a

patented microreplication technology. 568XA is used as a
final polishing step when producing a high gloss finish on
most solid surface countertop materials. (Some solid surfaces may require buffing with 3M Finesse-it™ Finishing
Material Easy Clean-up to remove swirl marks or to generate a gloss lovel over 80.)
