BREAK ORDERING GUIDE
When ordering bulk cases, the serving size per person is 4-6 ounces.
When ordering count goods, allow one piece for each person.
OR
60-80% of each item when there are multiple selections.
Snacking Hints
Adding nuts and dried fruits as snacks are a great way to increase essential fat, proteins, and vitamins to everyone’s diet!
Nuts are great crunchy snacks to help break-goers control calorie intake!
Coffee Time will best be utilized as a morning break. Biscotti studies have shown more than
50 percent of biscotti is consumed in the morning hours, versus 5-10 percent
for traditional cookies.
Consumers are snacking more in-lieu of eating traditional meals, especially around lunch.
Beverages are also considered snack options--especially smoothies and blended coffee drinks,
although carbonated beverages such as energy drinks and soft drinks may serve as
snack satisfiers as well.
