Class 1 “Effective Training for Shops” was held on Friday 3/18 & Sunday 3/20. Attendees left with a clear understanding about their training needs, and how to identify and contact the best resources for each type of training. Class 2 “Estimating Following OEM Guidelines” was held on Saturday 3/19. This class described the differences between the “normal” repair process vs what is involved in following the manufacturers’ methods to produce a “correct” repair. Attendees learned how each perspective affects the estimating process, consumer safety, and shop vulnerability. After each training workshop RDA/IMPACT and Central Paint held drawings for $50 Visa gift cards and an Apple Watch.
