To turn your standard taps into taps
with Regent bases, simply add ‘R’ to
your code. For example; your Claremont
3'' basin taps (CL1) become Claremont
Regent 3'' basin taps (CLR1).
Regent tap bases have been designed
so that the spouts are 3cm higher off
the bath/basin (and a further 3cm away
from the wall in the case of Regent wall
mounted taps) than their equivalent
namesake. This creates an opulent feel
and, in certain commercial applications,
ensures compliance with some archaic
building regulations.
QUARTER TURN
HANDSET ‘S’ ADJUSTER
All our taps (except Kensington) come with the traditional
screw down valves as standard. For ‘Quarter Turn’ simply
add ‘QT’ to the product code. Quarter turn valves act in
opposite directions.
Every Bath Shower Mixer comes with our ‘S’ Adjuster. This means
you can position the telephone handset over the bath - so when
you're done the last few drips fall in the bath. You can install your
Bath Shower Mixer with or without the ‘S’ Adjuster.

All Burlington taps and mixers are supplied with world leading
aerators from Neoperl. The Flow straightener, for low pressure,
is fitted to the tap and the Aerator, for high pressure, is in the
box. Fitting the relevant aerator ensures that you will be getting
optimal performance from your new tap or mixer. All high and
low indices are included in the box. This allows you to fine tune
your bathroom, even after delivery.

Technology
Named Fire Hydrant due to its classic design, this is a very
distinctive waste system that operates from the plug hole.
Water fills the hydrant which incorporates a built in overflow
and plug system, simply lift the handle to empty your bath.
This waste system adds a level of opulence to your bathroom.
Shown on page 80 on the Buckingham bath.
The waste pipe in our ‘Fire Hydrant’ is designed so that you
can change the angles to fit into your waste in the floor.
Fire Hydrants can be used in a free-standing position.

Electric Summer Heating Kits
All our radiators except R11CHR have been
designed to allow for the fitting of an electric
summer heating kit. This means that you can
have warm towel rails all year round!
Our radiators contain steel and are therefore
only suitable for hot water (closed) central
heating systems.
During electric heating use the valves must
be left open so the radiator is full of water to
ensure correct performance.
All Electric heating kits are rated IP44.
