Our Eco-Future range of products has
been specially developed to include a
number of energy saving features to
reduce energy costs to you and your client
whilst providing comfortable surroundings
to your workforce.
The range includes offices, toilets and
showers, welfare units, sleeper
accommodation and storage facilities with
many being designed to be double
stacked and form part of a complete onsite facility. Our Eco CityStack® can be
built to three storeys for optimum space
and minimum footprint.
Our commitment to sustainability is shown
by our donation to Trees for Life towards
the planting of sapling trees in the
Caledonian forest of Scotland for every
Eco-Future product hired.

EFFLUENT & FRESH WATER TANKER SERVICES
Elliott’s fleet of service trucks enable us to offer a complete range of effluent and fresh water services
directly to your site, thus providing high quality facilities to your workforce where mains water and
sewage services may not be available.
Our tanker services provide a fleet of well
maintained vacuum tankers specialising in
effluent tank removal. Our specialist
tankers are capable of emptying waste
tanks of up to 3,000 gallons.
All effluent is disposed of in accordance
with current waste regulations for which
Elliott holds a waste carriers licence.

Toilet Pump-Out
With a large fleet of toilet pump
out vehicles throughout the UK we
not only provide an emptying
service for our own portable toilets
but a service to those with effluent
tanks as well. This includes effluent
tanks used with toilet blocks on
hire from Elliott or any other
portable toilet supplier.
With Elliott single chemical toilets we provide
regular toilet servicing to ensure cleanliness of
your portable toilet and replenishment of
consumables.
Our regular service includes:
• Toilet cleaned and serviced to agreed
timescale
• Effluent is removed from your toilet and
disposed of in line with current waste
regulations
• Toilet is refilled with fresh clean water
• Thorough clean of your portable toilet during
service and left ready for immediate use
• Hand towels, toilet rolls and soap are
replenished
• Our bar coding facility allows us to quickly
and easily confirm the service history of
your toilet

Our Moduflex turnstile gatehouse is
available in various sizes with a choice of
layouts. It comes complete with a full
height steel turnstile giving access to
approved users. Can be used in
conjunction with biometric access control.
SECURITY GATEHOUSE
Designed for single use to occupy
minimum footprint and help the control of
vehicles and people. Glazing to all
elevations provides all round visibility with
sliding windows and speech panel for
extra security.
The Battery Bank is the safe and
economical solution for charging your
power tools and mobile phones.
This bank of 10 lockers offers individual charging
facilities for your workers in a tidy and secure
environment where items may be at risk if left
unsupervised. It also removes the risk of overloading extension leads, leading to potential fires
and trip hazards from unsightly cables.

Our anti-vandal steel containers are available
for hire nationwide and offer safe storage
solutions for all your on-site requirements.
Each secure storage container is fitted with
what we consider to be the best locking
system of any UK steel container store.
