The Santa Clause Parade route starts at the
Canadian Tire Financial Services parking lot (corner
of East Main and Wellington Streets) and finishes
at Civic Square. After the parade, join us at Civic
Square where Santa will light the tree. You can visit
with Santa and his elves, enjoy hot chocolate and
treats, plus design a spectacular holiday craft.
All ages welcome. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
PARADE ENTRY FORMS will be available, after
September 1, online or at the Welland Community
Wellness Complex (145 Lincoln Street) and Civic
Square (60 East Main Street).
The city of Welland is proud to partner with the Welland Downtown BIA and the
Welland Recreation Projects Association to sponsor the Santa Claus Parade.

RESIDENTIAL LIGHTING CONTEST
Do you have a beautiful, creative or unique lit house in your neighbourhood? Nominate them for the contest! Forms will be available starting in November online, at Civic Square (60 East Main Street) and the Welland Community Wellness Complex (145 Lincoln Street). Bus tours will take place on December 12–13, 2016. View the best Welland has to offer as you and your family tour the city enjoying the breathtaking lights. Christmas carols, apple cider and treats provided for all.
Registration for bus tours begins Monday, November 14, 2016.

ADMISSION STANDARDS
Skating Admission and Supervision Criteria
12 years of age and under must wear a CSA
approved helmet. A face cage is recommended.
They must be accompanied to the skate by a
responsible person 16 yrs or older who must
maintain visual contact throughout the skate.
Bicycle helmets are not permitted.
Adults are encouraged (but not required) to wear
a CSA approved helmet
Individuals with serious medical conditions
should be accompanied by another individual
knowledgeable about their condition(s) and
responsible for their direct supervision
Maximum Capacity is 119
The City does not provide skates or skate rentals.
