3210 Hillsborough Street was built in 1938 and served as the Raleigh Nehi Bottling Company
building. The International Style building was designed by prolific Raleigh architect William
Henley Deitrick (Needham Broughton High School and J.S. Dorton Arena). This 10,249 SF

an exposed steel truss roof system. Full preservation and renovation included new roof,
