WATERBASE/DISHCHARGE
A very popular, fashion-forward option offering a vintage/soft hand
looks and feel. Free of plastics and eco-friendly. When printed on dark
colors, ink is muted so no color matching is available and no half tones
or gradients. But that is what gives you that soft, vintage, look and feel.
Add 25% to silk-screen cost.
WATERBASE / DISCHARGE
FOIL
Adds shine and a mirror-like finish in metallic and other colors. Foil
works best with bold solid images or text. No half tones or gradients.
Add 1 color cost, plus $1.65 ea. for foil. Note if any other colors are
needed along with foil they must be waterbase, so add 25% to cost of
other colors.

When submitting files, it is important to follow these
detailed specifications to ensure your art meets the highest
quality print standards and avoid delays or additional
charges. Our professional design team is available to
assist with corrections and final completion of your design
if you are unable to meet these exact specifications for any
reason. We can even do your entire design from scratch as
needed. All design and corrections are billed at $75/hr. See
your sales rep for an estimate of exact cost for a particular
project as needed.
SCREEN PRINTING
• Mac and PC compatible.
• Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and Adobe Photoshop (.psd) preferred.
• Vector files preferred and highly recommended. (Illustrator/EPS)
• Convert all text to OUTLINES to ensure fonts print correctly.
(Select text and choose “Create Outlines” under the “Type” menu).
• Any other program save as EPS, PDF, or TIFF and make sure all fonts
