master saddlers under licence by Flexible Saddle and Trekker.
The measurements are the same as in the Flexible Bascule. Seat sizes 17-17,5”

There are thick, soft panels filled with pure wool under the Admiral. They adapt themselves according to the horse’s shape much like the foam panels of the Flexible Bascule,
System Trekker.
Wool panels often work much better in a flexible saddle than in a treed saddle:
a flexible saddle typically fits so well under ever-changing circumstances that the
panels only get a bit flatter in time, not necessarily uneven. When the panels flatten
evenly, the saddle just becomes a bit wider. As this is a flexible saddle, getting a bit
wider may not make any difference to the fitting and may not mean the saddle needs
re-flocking: in many cases the saddle will adapt itself and surround the horse evenly just
like in the beginning.
Admiral Saddles are ecological and ethical choices:
– The saddle is made in the E.U., with no child labour, under European labour laws, and
the regulations for the protection of the environment.
– They are made of quality leather. Quality leather is extremely durable when it’s cared
for properly.
– Distances within Europe are short. No long transports back and forth from continent to
continent to ship materials or finished products.
– All parts can be changed and renewed so it will not happen that the saddle cannot be
repaired anymore, something which happens with treed saddles that have a broken tree.
