Blueplus® Introduction
The Blueplus range has been specially designed for dispensing and handling Adblue. Careful research
and development have resulted in the introduction of this innovative range of pumps, tanks and
associated equipment. Whether you are a low or large volume user of Adblue, we can provide the
total solution. Blueplus products are manufactured to the highest standards and ongoing research
and development allows Blueplus products to be a market leader in the UK and Europe. We have a
dedicated team who can advise on the right solution for you.
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
Adblue is the trade name of: Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), an aqueous urea solution blended with 32.5% high purity urea and 67.5%
deionized water. DEF solution is used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to lower NOx concentration

in the exhaust emissions of diesel engines. SCR systems are sensitive to potential chemical impurities in
the urea solution, therefore the solvent is de-mineralized water. The solution is clear, non-toxic and safe to
handle. However, it can corrode some metals and so must be stored and transported carefully. Do not use
standard fuel storage and dispensing systems for

Blueplus® Lever Hand Pump

Heavy duty, self priming piston pump designed for
transferring Adblue from 200 litre drums. It delivers a
generous 330ml on each down stroke. It also features an anti
drip nozzle. The pump includes a uptake pipe which suits drums from
25 litres to 200 litres, an 2” BSP male adaptor for screwing into drums. All
components are made from Polypropylene and Viton.
Lever pump hose kit includes 2 metres of delivery hose, 2 hose clips and a 16mm stainless steel nozzle.
This pump can be used with the SEC adaptor. You will need the 6431 shown with 6473

Blueplus® 200 Litre Drum Pump Kit
This neat 200 litre Drum pump kit is compact, easy to set up and use.
The kit consists of a 35 litre per minute diaphragm pump, suction hose,
with a SEC quick coupling, Stainless steel mounting bracket which sits
securely on the drum, with a discharge hose set complete with manual
polypropylene nozzle.
Optional extras include a Stainless Steel Automatic Nozzle and
electronic flow meter. Please note that you will require a 1” Stainless
Steel socket if you add a flow meter to this system.
1.5 metres of reinforced suction hose and hose clips, 4
metres of reinforced delivery hose and hose clips.

in 1340 litre, 2350 litre and 3500 litre. These tanks are popular for customers who
purchase bulk loads of Adblue. They all feature locks for maximum security and
