KathrynDarling
Kathryn Darling, her husband and four children
make their home and operate an art gallery in
Bozeman, Montana. Having won numerous
national awards, Kathryn was chosen to study
at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington,
DC, where she was inspired by its worldwide,
timeless artistic excellence in detail and scale.
After completing her art major, she worked for
the Pentagon, and later the National Defense
University art departments in Washington, DC.
Kathryn’s steadfast spiritual faith and life-long
study and mastery of a wide variety of artistic
media allows her to take each medium beyond its
expected application, pioneering or expanding
upon techniques to make the work different,
fresh, unusual and expressive.
An outdoorsman at heart, Daniel Kirchner
has spent his life enjoying all the gifts
Mother Nature has to offer. Born and
raised in Wisconsin, in a family home on the
Mississippi River, his love of the outdoors fed
directly into his gift of art at a young age.

including several months spent in Alaska,
provide no end of subjects for this skilled
pencil artist and painter.

Spending time outdoors
and exploring the state parks and bike trails that are available to
her are Elizabeth’s favorite pastimes. “There is something physically,
emotionally, and spiritually fulfilling about spending a day
surrounded by wilderness that few other activities can come close
to offering,” says Elizabeth. Her love of animals is translated into her
beautiful art.
Currently living in a small town in the
Mississippi River Valley, he enjoys hunting
and fishing. His love for drawing is second
only to his love of outdoor life. He shares
that love of nature through his beautifully
crafted collections.
Tara Reed
Neil Rose
One of the most
recognized names in
wildlife art, Neil Rose
is no stranger to the
outdoors. Neil was
raised in northern
Montana and still
resides there today.
He became familiar
with the outdoors
and wildlife at a very
young age while learning fishing and hunting skills from
his father. A self-taught sculptor of 25 years, Neil brings
three dimensional art into his metal designs.
Neil remains inspired by surroundings he describes as “a
fly fisherman’s dream or a hunter’s paradise, be it with a
rifle or a camera.” His versatility as an artist and Montana’s
rich western roots allow Neil to offer collections of art in
both the Native American and Cowboy traditions.

Tara Reed is quite an anomaly in the creative design and licensing
business. Her passion comes through in her art. She possesses a
degree in Marketing from Penn State, and experience in sales and
marketing. Both are apparent in her strategic approach to business,
as well as satisfying consumer and client needs.
Able to add humor to most any situation, Tara is also a comfortable
and entertaining public speaker who has appeared on live television
and instructional DVDs. She currently lives in Portland with her son
Kyle – a constant source of support, laughter and inspiration.
RobertShields
Robert Shields is an artist with unique perspective. He works
in a variety of forms including painting, sculpting, jewelry
design, and metal art. Robert is an Emmy Award Winner and
is half the team of Shields and Yarnell. His creations stem
from his influences and surroundings.
His love of storytelling moved from the stage to telling
stories with color, form, and symbols. We hope you enjoy

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Net-30 Terms are available with an approved credit
application. Allow two to four weeks for processing new credit applications.
Credit accounts are payable 30 days from invoice date. Pre-paid, COD,
Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are also acceptable payment
options and are recommended on first order for expeditious handling. Any
unauthorized deductions or adjustments to invoices are prohibited. Past due
invoices are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (annual percentage
rate of 18%) on the unpaid balance as of the invoice date. Reorders on
delinquent accounts will not be processed until account balance is current.
LAZART Production, Inc. reserves the right to change Net 30 terms to pre-pay
or COD. Return check charge is $25.00.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CLAIMS: It is required that any product damage
or short shipment be reported to LAZART within seven (7) business days
following receipt of merchandise.
IF DAMAGE OR SHORT SHIPMENTS ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN SEVEN
DAYS, LAZART WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT OR SEND REPLACEMENTS.
RETURNS: A twenty-five (25) percent re-stocking fee is charged for all returns
not due to damage or manufacturer’s error. A Returned Goods Authorization
(RGA) must be issued by our Customer Service Department to receive credit.
Refused shipments are returned to stock and the customer is responsible
for outgoing and incoming freight expenses. Refused shipments may affect
customer’s future payment options.
SUBSTITUTIONS: LAZART reserves the right to substitute similar finishes and
products in the event that ordered merchandise is unavailable.
FREIGHT PROGRAM: Merchandise ordered from LAZART Production, Inc. is
shipped F.O.B. LAZART Production, Inc. warehouse.
METHOD OF SHIPMENTS: Shipments are sent the least expensive, not
necessarily the fastest way. If you have a preferred carrier, please notify us and
we will make every effort to follow your instructions.
FREIGHT DAMAGE CLAIMS: Our products are packed carefully, using
standard approved methods. Merchandise is in undamaged condition when
shipped. If transit damage occurs, do not refuse the shipment, since this
causes unnecessary shipping expense and delay. Instead, promptly file your
claim with the carrier for loss or damage.
VENUE: Any legal action based on this sale or the collection thereof shall be
filed only in Cooke County, Texas which shall have exclusive venue.
TERMS OF PURCHASE: Purchaser warrants that it will not offer or display for
sale any Merchandise in a manner that falsely suggests it is Indian produced,
an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian or Indian tribe or
Indian arts and crafts organization.
Purchaser further warrants that when the terms “Indian”, “Native American” or
the name of an Indian tribe are used in connection with any Merchandise, it will
qualify the use of such terms so as to not falsely suggest that the Merchandise
is Indian produced, an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian or
Indian tribe or Indian arts and crafts organization.
LAZART Production, Inc. makes no representations, extends no warranties
of any kind, either expressed or implied and assumes no responsibilities
whatsoever with respect to any claim arising in any way under 25 U.S.C. x 305,
et seq., and 305a, The Indian Arts and Craft Act of 1990.
