A Warranty that Really Protects You

Read the Fine Print!
Some manufacturers have lengthened the term of their warranty, while
reducing what is covered under it. In the fine print you see that major
components including piston rods and packings—parts that may not hold up
to contractor use, are not covered under these warranties! What good is a
warranty if expensive parts that won't last the length of it, and are excluded
from coverage? Most Airlessco sprayers are covered by a warranty that
includes coverage of piston and packings. See warranty statement for details.
Important Tips for Selecting Airless Equipment
► Look for Tip & Output Ratings @ Spray Pressure, not "Maximum Output"
Some pumps are rated for output and tip size at intermittent duty, or rated for maximum volume of output at less than true
operating spray pressures. Make sure that when you compare performance levels, you get ratings made during continuous
duty at the minimum pressure for spraying water-based paint (minimum 2000 psi).

Is it Tough Enough for Rental Users?
Make sure the model you select can support at least one tip size larger than the one you need in case you need to finish a job
with a worn tip. Keep in mind that some heavier materials you may not spray regularly might require larger tips for atomization.
Not available from competitors. Packing adjustment on SL and LP pumps keeps both sets of packing tension properly
adjusted for maximum packing life. If you can't compensate for both upper and lower packing wear, packing life will be
much shorter, and leakage past the packings can damage the piston―substantially increasing the cost of repair work.
Be sure the motor itself has no openings for air to get inside. Internal exposure to paint or moisture shortens motor life
and is a safety hazard. Some manufacturers have proclaimed "brushless" motors as an important technical breakthrough.
These motors require sensitive electronic controls that have resulted in reliability issues. All Airlessco motors are covered
by a LIFETIME GUARANTEE, a reflection of the durability our motors have demonstrated over the years. We believe reliably
getting the job done is of more value to the contractor than adding the latest buzz word to our product description.
Airlessco pumps deliver more gallons between packing changes than competitors pumps of equal delivery. This reduces
maintenance costs, downtime for maintenance, and cost of pick-up and delivery to the shop for repairs. Make sure the
warranty protects you from costly repairs during the warranty period. If only limited coverage is offered, include the price of
a piston and packing kit, and the cost of labor to install them, into your cost of ownership for the sprayer during the warranty
period. This hidden maintenance cost can run into hundreds of dollars!
Some lower priced pumps advertise similar flow rates. Those manufacturers have reduced cost by sacrificing durability,
component life, and the ability to stand up to every day use. We have tested pumps sold as "contractor models" that were
worn out after spraying just 40 gallons of paint! Buying low cost equipment will ultimately cost much more for maintenance,
repair, lost time, and replacement.

The SL series electric sprayers are the choice of the high-volume

The LP800G is a mobile airless sprayer designed
for the needs of painting professionals. Built on a
compact, well-balanced triple chrome plated frame,
the LP800G combines the dependable gasoline
engines with the proven durability of our LP paint
pump.
No need to run a generator, or search around
the job site for a working electrical outlet, or string
together multiple extension cords when spraying with
the 800G. Just hook your 5-gallon bucket handle
over the carrying clip, and roll along on smoothrolling, pneumatic tires right to the job.
The 800G comes standard with an easy-clean high
capacity filter. A choice of Honda GX160 or Durotech
5.5 gasoline engines are available. Both are CARB/
EPA cerfitied and include protection circuitry that
shut off the engine if the oil level falls below a safe
level. Honda engine carries a 2-year repair warranty,
Durotech engines are covered by a three year full
engine replacement warranty.

in hydraulic and paint pump performance. We also
substantially enhanced overall durability. The HSS series
is offered with a variety of available power options that let
you take advantage of the greater performance and value
potential inherent with HSS series pumps.
A careful look at these machines will show we have
designed in the very best quality components available,
including an American made Vickers hydraulic
pump. This pump has been proven for years on heavy
construction equipment used around the world.
A higher performance hydraulic pump creates the
potential for a higher range of paint pump output when
the application requires it. The added hydraulic power
also means reduced wear and tear for longer equipment
life, reduced maintenance, and less downtime. Runs cool
even at high summertime temperatures.
The HSS 9000 features a range of power options
including GX200 Honda (2 year Honda repair warranty)
or Durotech 6.5 gasoline engines (3 year Airlessco full
replacement warranty). The HSS11000 is powered by
the Honda GX270 engine.
HSS9000 power modules mount on their own subframe
for quick “No Tools” installation and removal for
transportation or storage. Just pivot the fan
belt cover out of the way, slip-off the drive belt,
and lift off the power unit.
If you're working with very heavy coatings use the direct
immersion suction tube. For materials requiring less
suction, the included suction hose adds convenience.
The pivoting paint pump makes or fast bucket changes,
or to get the pump raised for easy service access.
Combine all this power with so much user flexibility, add

it with our worldwide sales and service organization,
and you have the new standard for hydraulic paint spray
equipment.
