original mission was to help raise money for Happiness House,
so that they could continue to enhance the quality of life of all

in Geneva ending with 50/50 and raffle prize drawings to
close out Jeremy’s Journey for Hope. Lunch will be available to

Geneva Foreign & Sports. All vehicles are welcome! Prizes will

The honorary co-chairs for this year’s Francis “Ben” Bonafiglia
Happiness House Golf Tournament are Myron and Patricia (Pat)
Lemperle.
Myron and Pat first got involved when their daughter enrolled in
Happiness House in 1988. They quickly became active with programs
and fundraisers for Happiness House - Pat in the parent groups, and
Myron setting up grills and signs for the golf tournament before play
started.
In 1990 Myron entered a team consisting of his co-workers from
Southco, Inc. members of his team have enjoyed playing in the golf
tournament for 22 years. Pat joined her team the following year
in 1991. The Lemperles recently celebrated their 42nd wedding
anniversary and their daughter is now 26 years old.
Guest Speaker - Bert Serling
Bertram C. Serling was born in Seneca
Falls, NY and is a graduate of Mynderse
Academy and Alfred University. He
received a Doctor of Law from the
University of Buffalo School of Law, and
joined his father’s law practice in Seneca
Falls in l956. Mr. Serling is active in
many civic, charitable and community
activities. He has been married to his
wife, Gloria for 56 years. They have three
children and six grandchildren.
