Product life cycles get shorter and shorter. Innovation and “speed to market” have become essential. Firms look for new suppliers all over the world, in a constant search for innovation and cost effectiveness. Those trends demand a new breed of purchasing professionals. These people must be trained accordingly, and this is what the MSc in International Purchasing & Innovation of the MAI offers. Gordon CRICHTON ‐ MAI Director ‐ KEDGE Business School CV book MAI MSc (full English) – Class 2016 The MSc in International Purchasing and Innovation Management is a new program which has been designed to cater for the rapidly growing demand to have purchasing managers specialized in Innovation and new Products development. This new programme benefits from the experience and expertise of MAI networks, worldwide. Over a period of 3 years, we noticed a majority of students of MAI are recruited directly for overseas posts as buyers and for most of these students, the working language is English. We have therefore launched this new programme to enable participants to adapt quickly, once in office, to the daily demands of their professional lives.
