Half way between Dubrovnik and Dubrovnik Airport, the second Sheraton hotel opened its
doors. Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel, which opened in spring 2015, has the largest
hotel meeting room in Croatia with seating for up to 1.000 guests. It includes five
multifunctional meeting rooms with state of the art audio-visual equipment, ideal for
business meetings, congresses and intimate celebrations. Located right on the seafront,
the hotel features 239 rooms and 11 suites with the facilities according to the highest
hospitality standards.
In the neighbouring town Mlini, 4* boutique Mlini Hotel opened to offer 85 tastefully
decorated rooms, with modern design and premium comfort. Close by stands the recently
renovated Astarea Hotel which features 217 rooms in the main building and 90 rooms in
the annex. Along a several-kilometers long Dubrovnik Riviera, over 600 new or fully
refurbished rooms are available for your meetings and events.
REFURBISHED RIXOS LIBERTAS
DUBROVNIK 5*
The renovations of the luxurious beachfront hotel Rixos Libertas Dubrovnik have given the
property a smart, contemporary appeal. The hotel rooms have been modernized to
become »smart rooms«, while the restaurants, reception, lobby and piano bar received a
new look. The contemporary Rixos Libertas Dubrovnik Hotel has a tiered position
overlooking the water, 254 rooms and suites, three restaurants as well as conference
capacities. In addition to a spacious hall, which can be divided into three meeting rooms,
with a capacity of 950 people, there are 7 conference rooms and an exhibition area
equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
COMPLETELY RENOVATED KOMPAS
HOTEL DUBROVNIK 4*
After a complete reconstruction, the new Kompas Dubrovnik Hotel emerged with a
completely new look as a sophisticated 4-plus star hotel. The new design includes
significant upgrades to all the interior spaces of the hotel, creating a sophisticated,
modern yet harmonious look. The Kompas Hotel features 173 sophisticated rooms and
suites as well as a high tech conference room for up to 400 people, with natural light and
state-of-the-art technical equipment.
HOTEL DEVELOPMENT ON KORCULA
ISLAND
Korcula, the contended island of Marco Polo, has witnessed comprehensive renovation
works with complete refurbishment of Liburna Hotel 4* and Korčula De La Ville Hotel 3*.
Newly renovated Liburnia Hotel, offering the most impressive views of the Old Town of
Korcula, features 84 rooms and 26 apartments, mostly overlooking the Adriatic Sea. As the
first hotel on the island, dating back to 1912, the Korcula De La Ville Hotel has been
completely renovated in 2015. It offers 16 rooms and 8 suites as well as a spacious terrace
for 150 guests, overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

Croatia's extreme diversity, combined with short travel distances from one place to
another, makes it an ideal place for an outstanding incentive program. From getting the
adrenaline pumping on with a speedboat race to Mediterranean cooking classes - the
opportunity to design an incentive program are endless and exciting. Among the activities
available in the Dubrovnik Area are cruises on old galleon, VW Beatle safari, buggy ride
above Dubrovnik, abseiling down the Dubrovnik walls, island hopping and filming Game of

Park Hotel, which was completely renovated in 2015, is the oldest and most popular hotel
for Split residents and their guests. Since its opening back in 1921 the hotel was and
remains the most prestigious venue for all social and political events in Split. With all the
changes the hotel has a new look but remains true to our tradition and atmosphere classic sophisticated space with a modern flair. The refurbished Park Hotel features 73
luxurious rooms and suites as well as three multifunctional banqueting rooms for up to 450
guests.

On a rock above the Adriatic Sea, close to Opatija Town, a brand new design hotel Navis
opened its doors. Decorated with Croatian design furniture, 40 rooms and 4 suits all have

has capacity for up to 30 people, while the à la carte Navis restaurant offers each guest a
wonderful culinary experience.

The 2015 comprehensive reconstruction transformed the Bellevue Hotel into a place of
airy elegance and sophistication, making it the first luxurious, five-star hotel on Mali Losinj
Island. Hidden in the midst of a fragrant pine forest and with the sea just a step away, the
hotel offers 732 guest rooms, including 55 suites. The Bellevue Hotel has a conference hall
for up to 360 guests, which can be divided into three smaller rooms, as well as two smaller
meeting rooms.

One of the most luxurious hotels on Mali Losinj Island - boutique hotel Alhambra – is
situated in the Cikat Bay, surrounded by pines, palm trees and crystal clear waters. This five

36 deluxe rooms and 15 suites.
