We are pleased to invite you to join us for our 10th Annual Golf Tournament
on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Copetown Woods Golf Club.
Golf Play: Copetown Woods Golf Club (www.copetownwoods.com)
Golf Day: Wednesday September 10th
Registration fee: $150 (includes green fees, Golf Cart, 2 drink tickets, lunch & dinner)

The tournament is limited to 144 golfers so register early to secure your spot! Invitation is non-transferrable.
