Heating/Cooling - This HVAC system is
designed and built for year round living.
From a Minnesota winter to a Texas
summer, our system has you covered. Electric system is standard, propane
options available.

The Rambler
NextDoor Housing is based on the belief that less can be much, much more. Not only are we Tiny Home
enthusiasts, we believe small structures inspire really big ideas. Started in 2013 by two childhood friends,
we’ve used our homes as RV’s, cabins, a mobile office, and even used them to house our loved ones in times
of need. We spend every day doing what we love and wouldn’t change our jobs for the world.
Delivery Information
Shipping anywhere in the continental US, NextDoor can coordinate the delivery of your home and adjust the
final build cost accordingly. Being centrally located in the US allows us to leverage the best shipping terms
from professional services. Quotes always vary; NextDoor Professionals are always available to estimate
your shipping cost, no questions asked.
Financing
External financing is readily available for our RVIA certified and licensed RV’s. Typical terms can range from
5-20 years and many banks offer a variety of options that can fit any budget. We’re always available to
discuss different financing options and have worked with many local banks to ensure people get the home
they deserve on the terms they can afford.
