Solair has rustic log cabins and serene wooded
tent sites available, as well as some larger cottages
which can sleep up to ten people. Rates vary with
the level of accommodations, so please call to
arrange a weekend or overnight stay. We are also
happy to recommend nearby hotels/motels.

v ARTWORK: Fine artists and crafters in any medium
are welcome. This is not a flea market. No junk sales.
v NO FOOD VENDORS will be permitted.
v Artists must agree to keep displays open for the duration
of the show: 10a-4p Sat Aug 9 and 10a-3p Sun Aug 10.
v THIS IS A FAMILY-ORIENTED RESORT. Solair
reserves the right to refuse or remove any exhibits deemed
sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate, as
determined by Solair management or art show officials.

members and visitors have enjoyed sunning,
swimming and hiking among the natural
beauty of Woodstock, Connecticut since 1934.
Solair’s annual art show has been a favorite
community event for years – although you’ve
probably never heard of it. Our 2014 Natural Art
Festival ushers in renewed spirit and energy, and
we invite you to be a part of it.
This year’s new, improved festival format
features commission-free sales, more display
options, live music, hors douvres, interactive
activities, demonstrations, and the incomparable
experience of a visit to 450 acres of natural beauty
in Connecticut’s scenic “Quiet Corner.”

*Access limited to Pavilion, beach, Community Center during
Art Festival hours. Regular full-day admission available for
$35/person. Tours are available. Inquire at office for details.

No juries. No awards. No commissions.
No Pressure. Keep what you make.
Artists are responsible for collecting and
remitting all applicable sales taxes.
Your space will be assigned after full payment.
Set-up 8:00-9:45am. Break down not to begin
until after closing - 4:00pm Sat, 3:00pm Sun.
Electricity provided for lighting and small
electrics necessary for your display. No cords,
surge protectors or other devices are supplied.
MORE STUFF TO KNOW
This is not a “nude” art show. You don’t have
to be nude. Artwork does not have to feature
nudity. However, Solair is one of America’s original
naturist communities. If you attend this event, you
should expect nudity. Participation is up to you.
The 2014 show presents nationally recognized
artists alongside some of the area’s best regional
talent. This is a most unique opportunity for
creative people from all walks of life to meet
new friends, develop new artistic contacts and
