(based on a minimum of 30 members travelling, however the price will
reduce to £780.00 if we obtain a minimum of 40 members, or £750.00 if
we obtain a minimum of 50 members per coach)
With two previous meetings based in Cambridge and
visiting the East of England, we have planned a visit to the
Western regions of England, based in two hotels, starting
in the County of Somerset, passing through Devon into
Cornwall. A two centre meeting with the first 3 nights in
Taunton, Somerset and then travel to St Austell, Cornwall
by coach for the remaining 6 nights. Being located in two
hotels cuts down the daily travelling time.
The meeting will commence at the Holiday Inn Hotel, just
off the M5 Motorway near Taunton, on Thursday 18th June
2015 and finish on the morning of Friday 26th June 2015
returning by coach to the Holiday Inn Hotel. The meeting
is being organised by Roy and Angela Nunn, in conjunction
with Harry Shaw Group Travel.

Cliff Head Hotel, St Austell
The Best Western Cliff Head Hotel enjoys a stunning
location in St. Austell, giving you the luxury of a coastal
location, with sandy beaches and coves on the delightful
doorstep! Hotel facilities include a restaurant and two
bars. All en-suite Guest Rooms feature flatscreen TV with
Freeview, hairdryer, telephone, complimentary toiletries
and tea & coffee making facilities.

Sunday 21st - After breakfast we must check out of
bedrooms and load our luggage on to the coach, we will
then visit The Garden House at Buckland Monachorum,
Itinerary
Thursday 18th - Please make your own way to the Holiday where entrance and a Ploughman’s Lunch are included.
Afterwards we continue to our hotel – The Cliff Head in
Inn Taunton, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1
St. Austell. Dinner is included at the hotel.
2UA. For those passengers arriving by car you can leave
them in the hotel car park for the duration of the tour. Roy
and Angela Nunn will be available to meet members at the
hotel from 11.00 hrs, and you will be able to check-into
your bedroom from 14.00 hrs. Dinner is included at the
hotel.
Friday 19th - Today’s excursion is to RHS Garden
Rosemoor. For members of the RHS and upon production
of their membership card entrance is free, for those who
are not members, there would be an additional pre-booked
charge of £7.00 per person, please indicate this on the
booking form. Dinner is included at the hotel.

Monday 22nd - Today’s excursion includes entrance to
Pinetum Gardens, along with The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Return to the hotel during the late afternoon to freshen
up before visiting Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm in the
evening, where a guided tour, meal, tastings and tractor ride
are included.

Tuesday 23rd - Today is at leisure. Lunch is included
at the hotel. During the afternoon the Constitutional
General Meeting and lectures will take place in the hotel’s
conference room. Dinner is included at the hotel, followed
by evening lectures.
Wednesday 24th - Today’s excursion includes entrance to
The Eden Project. Dinner is included at the hotel.
Friday 26th - After breakfast we must check out of the
hotel and commence our journey back to Taunton and the
Holiday Inn, where the tour will finish.
Price includes:
• Three night’s accommodation at the Holiday Inn Taunton on a
dinner, bed & breakfast basis.
• Five night’s accommodation at the Cliff Head Hotel,
St.Austell on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis (no evening meal
on Monday 22nd) • Return coach travel starting from the Holiday Inn Taunton on
the 19th June, returning on Friday 26th.
• Entrance to East Lambrook Manor Gardens
• Entrance to Watcombe Garden. • Entrance including Ploughman’s Lunch to the Garden House.

includes cover from arrival at the Holiday Inn Taunton on the
18th June, to arrival back to the Holiday Inn Taunton on the
26th June.

Thursday 25th - Today’s excursion includes entrance
to Trebah Gardens, Roseland House and Nursery, and
Primrose Farm Private Garden. A Gala dinner including a ½
bottle of wine per person is included at the hotel.
Please return completed booking forms with the appropriate deposit
of £50.00 per person, plus travel insurance premium if required and
applicable to Roy Nunn as indicated on the booking form. Please make
cheques payable to Harry Shaw/ City Cruiser Holidays Ltd, or please
enter Debit or Credit Card details in the space provided, please note
that there is a 2.5% surcharge for using a Credit Card. Booking forms
should be received from the 16th June and by no later than the 1st
September.
You will receive a confirmation / invoice from Harry Shaw/ City Cruiser
Holidays during early October, with details of your booking, also
advising that your balance will be due by no later than the 23rd April
2015, and they should be sent/ made direct to Harry Shaw/ City Cruiser
Holidays. A final itinerary will be sent to you at the beginning of June
2015. Cash cannot be accepted.
