warranty to substantiate a claim in the event warranty service is required.

WARRANTY SERVICE
All claims for service must be accompanied by proof of purchase (Bill of Sale). Contact the dealer from whom the furniture was
purchased to request warranty service under this warranty. If the original dealer is not accessible, contact a local Lane dealer
for assistance. Lane will not be responsible for transportation or packing charges without prior approval. Repair, replacement or
substitution, as determined by Lane, will be made as soon as practical.

Construction Details
Lane frames are crafted of wood varieties from North America
and engineered lumber products. The wood is kiln-dried, a
process which pulls out most of the moisture so the wood won’t
warp or twist as it ages. For additional stability, the frames are
constructed with mortise and tenon joints. This construction
technique has been used for thousands of years by woodworkers
due to the joint strength. Seat frames are constructed with
corner braces and double-dowelled joints. Long-lasting support
is provided by 8 gauge steel springs forming the base of the seat
deck. Even the pitch and size of each piece is engineered for
generous comfort.
Engineering
Each piece of furniture is created and planned by a professional
design team using state of the art computer aided design technology.
• Each piece of furniture is individually engineered for maximum
comfort and performance.
• All raw materials used must meet rigid engineering specifications.
• Frames are manufactured to engineered drawings.
• Each piece of furniture undergoes a complete development process
before it enters production, including a model, cover fit and pilot run
with top management approval.

• Heat treated steel screws with specially-designed threads for holding
power.
• Assembly is glued and secured under 100 lbs. of air pressure.
• Eight-gauge steel springs attached to a sturdy hardwood/engineered
lumber frame with special lined clips for noise-free, lifetime easy
seating.

All Lane cushions are environmentally safe. At the core of each
cushion is a matrix of individually wrapped coil springs encased
in a specially designed foam shell covered with a thick layer
of polyester fiber. This design ensures consistent comfort and
durability.

beautiful. All of our leathers and upholstery fabrics are tested
to ensure durability over many years of use. The seams are
reinforced to extend the life of your upholstery.

Natural Leather
Lane’s soft, rich leathers have character and charm shaped
by nature. Through the use of pure aniline dyes, we enhance
rather than mask the natural shadings and markings that are
the characteristics of genuine full-grain hides. The fact that no
two leather pieces are identical is your proof of a truly natural
product.
