OUR STORY.
KenCraft Boats have been proudly manufactured in Wilson, NC for
over 40 years and has been independent and family owned from the
beginning and still is today. We take great pride in building the finest
in inshore and offshore boats that incorporate the latest materials and
workmanship. Each boat is carefully constructed by experienced
craftsmen that have been part of the KenCraft family for many years.
KenCraft Boats offer the best value for the customer because our
quality, fit and finish, and functionality is second to no other builder, yet
we can offer our product at a reasonable cost that allows the entire
family to enjoy boating.
Our facility consists of 45,000 square feet of manufacturing space that
occupies 5 acres of land. Come take a tour of our plant and see how we

KenCraft Challenger 235 is designed for the serious angler that demands a full featured quality
constructed no wood no rot boat. When you begin with a high flared bow that has over 55
degrees of forward entry that settles to a steep transom deadrise of 24 degrees and combine
this with deep gunwales, what you get is a hull that is able to handle most any weather conditions you can encounter on the water. The large step down console can accommodate the
family for cruising with room for a porta pottie yet still offer ample room for electronics and
instrumentation used in today’s modern outboard systems.
The Leaning Post Live well houses a 45 gallon well that is gel coated light blue for your baits.
A high volume pump supplies the Live Well while a 2 inch Bronze Thru Hull coupled with a
Bronze Shut Off Valve handles the draining of the well. This larger 2 inch drain system facilitates a better turnover of water volume for your baits not offered by other manufacturers.
Deep twin fish boxes with overboard drains provide the room needed for larger catches and
can also handle 7 foot rod storage.

Our BayRider skiffs are the result of over a dozen years of development
and refinement that has produced the very best riding and handling

The BreakWater 20 is designed with a high deep entry bow approaching 58
degrees along with ample flair to give a smooth and dry ride, while offering high freeboard
and cockpit depth. Unlike other 20 foot coastal boat designs, the BreakWater features a finished
liner with a self-bailing cockpit and one level deck. The BreakWater has 380 quarts of insulated
below deck storage along with a 2 piece Console and Live Well design which offers a toe kick
area not seen on other hull designs in this size range.
This attention to detail results in a spacious and fishable cockpit layout along
with an incredibly smooth offshore ride that is unmatched by any other 20
