The PowerPlant Dual Force HD is an Ultimate Performance winch and compressor in one compact
unit, and it’s perfect for big vehicles. Just flip the activator switch to compressor mode and discover
the can-do attitude of the PowerPlant. Powered by a 4.6 hp motor, the PowerPlant HD puts out 5 cfm
@ 90 psi, with a built-in air tank and intercooler. That means airing up four 35” tires from 8 psi to 35
psi in 8 minutes—or less. It’s also great for powering air tools such as impact guns and nailers. And
with the PowerPlant, there’s no labor-intensive compressor set up: it’s part of our standard winch

Once again, Warn Industries has raised the bar for winch performance. We’ve developed a product
with more stamina than any other winch of its kind. More power. More speed. More endurance. The
WARN Endurance 12.0 winch gives you 12,000 lbs. of pulling capacity with the longest duty cycle of
any electric winch on the market today – the secret is its innovative cooling system.
Here’s how it works: The specially designed cooling fan (which is mounted under the vehicle’s
hood) automatically turns on when the winch’s motor reaches a certain temperature. The fan
forces air through a hose and directly into the winch’s motor housing, cooling the motor. The air
then flows out of the motor housing via a second hose and is discharged.

The 9.5si MOSFET control module eliminates the solenoid pack and
its electro-mechanical functions. Operating temperatures from -40˚F
to +180˚F won’t phase it. Voltage drop to the winch is minimal for

The 9.0Rc is a short-drum, 9,000-lb. capacity winch that features a 4.8 hp Series Wound
Motor for fast line speeds. An exclusive, multi-segment Cam Actuated Brake gives positive
operator control during winching. The 9.0Rc comes standard with 50’ of 3/8” diameter
synthetic rope. Other features include: gloss red paint with primer undercoating that
provides superior corrosion resistance; a rugged, 360-degree swivel hook and thimble; an
aluminum hawse fairlead; extreme duty winch sealing; and a ballistic nylon sliding sleeve

body and separate control pack lets it work effectively in very tight spaces. It uses the 4.6-hp
Series Wound motor and three-stage planetary gearing offered on most of our winches, so
torque and line speed are outstanding.
Loved by off-roaders who compete, it’s our fastest winch. No load retrieval speed for the
M8274-50 is 73.4 feet per minute, and that’s not all. At 150 ft. of 5/16” cable, it also has a
very long line capacity. Its unique spur-gear drive train and upright design are totally rugged. Its
braking system delivers smooth operation with superior heat dissipation. Roller fairlead, remote

The 2008 Ford Super Duty Hidden kit will accommodate
either large-frame WARN winches (including the 16.5ti) or
short-drum WARN Industrial winches behind the original
bumper. Once installed, the bumper extends out only 6”
more than stock, and any gaps can be filled in with the
Skirting Kit (sold separately). The factory tow hooks remain
intact and functional.

This WARN kit will handle the M12000, M15000 and 16.5ti. The bumper
moves out a slight five inches and ABS trim is applied to accentuate the
factory lines. This material can be painted to match the vehicle color or left
its natural matte black. Access to the winch controls is from the top.

The winch mounts inside the factory bumper,
and access to controls is gained through the
large air intake. The wire rope is fed through a
roller fairlead mounted beneath the bumper.

Original equipment headlights vary by model but average
a reflective range of 4,000–5,000’. WARN 6” and 5” 4X
Spot Lights project an intense pencil beam with a reflective
range of 10,800’ and 7,900’ respectively. Understandably,
they are designed exclusively for off-road use, as such a
powerful beam would be blinding to oncoming traffic on the
street. 4X Spot Lights are built to last. They’re equipped
with resilient 100 watt H-3 quartz halogen bulbs encased in
polished stainless steel and come with virtually impenetrable
lens covers. A 2-axis mounting bracket allows for easy
adjustment. Lights are sold separately, or in kits that include
light covers.
For all-around light for off-road driving, depend on WARN
Driving Lights for unmatched performance. Two important
distinctions set them apart. First, the 55 watt H-3 quartz
halogen bulbs are designed with low amp-draw so they can
be on all the time. Second, since driving lights are designed
to supplement original equipment headlights, the
2-axis mounting bolts allow for precise aiming of the light
beam. In short, you can eliminate any dark voids left by your
original headlights. Additionally, the lens is sealed to lock
