Yossi Refaelov / Chairman
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Yossi Refaelov (Col. Res) has over 25 years of Business,
Military and Security experience.
Mr. Refaelov served as Combat Engineering Brigade
Commander and as Special Operation Unit Commander (at
the IDF – Israel Defense Forces) and as Security Director for
CIS (former USSR states) at the ISA & EL-AL and was the
Israeli Defense Attaché to India, Nepal and Sri-Lanka.
Mr. Refaelov holds Master Degree in Commercial Legal
Studies and Bachelor degree in Economics and Business
Management from Bar Ilan University.

Atai Shelach / Director
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Atai Shelach (Col. Res) has over 27 years of military
operational experience. He served as the Commander of
the special Elite Combat Engineering Unit of the Israel
Defense Forces, as Head of the IDF’s VIP Protection Unit,
as Chief, IDF’s CBRN Center and as Second in Command of
the IDF engineering corps.
Mr. Shelach holds a Bachelor degree of Political science
and Middle Eastern Studies and Graduate of the
Command and Staff Course in the IDF Command College.

Zohar Simchi / CEO
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Zohar Simchi (Lt. Col. Res) former Army Combat Engineer
Officer with over 20 years of military experience with
Heavy Engineering Equipment. He served as Heavy
Engineering Equipment Battalion Commander and as
Heavy Engineering Equipment Platoon Commander.

Adi Baharav / Senior Project Manager
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Adi Baharav has more than 20 years experience in the
security field. Prior working at Moked Matara Mr. Baharav
roled as a CEO at PASS AG Ltd.,a leading Swiss security and
operations company.
Mr. Baharav specializing in Educational institutions security
projects and have managed dozens of projects from the
concept design till the implementation phase for the
Jewish community in Europe.
