Intake Volunteers: Please verify the
number of people the client says is in
the household via proper and current
ID.

Intake Volunteers: When updating a
client's file and they provide mail as
proof of residency, please make sure
it is current mail within the last 3
months.

Intake/Hospitality Volunteers:
Remember to label files using last
name, first name. Please do not
include maiden and middle names on
the labels.

Helpline Volunteers: When your shift
is over and there are appointments
still available to be filled, please let a
staff person know so we can try and
fill those appointments.

Food Pantry Volunteers: Please save
any cardboard boxes this month to
donate to PRUMC’s food drive for
BCM.

Congratulations to Tiffany (Volunteer and
Church Relations Manager) and her husband on
the birth of their daughter Lea Michelle Banks
on February 19, 2015!
Mom and baby are both doing well.

our Volunteer & Church Relations Manager while

Buckhead THRIFTique’s Annual Prom Event!
The Buckhead Thriftique’s annual prom event will take place on Thursday, April 2nd from 4:30-7:30pm.
We welcome donations for this special event (dresses, purses, jewelry, etc.) as well as volunteers for the
evening of April 2nd.
