ACCESS PRO in Kuwait took the industry by storm
in 2011 as single-source contractors offering a
specialized set of multiple constricting facilities.

ACCESS PRO successfully managed to convey

for a regular pre-fabrication meeting, to have an
enhanced coordination and alignments of vision
and to follow up with the sequenced phases of

TGI FRIDAY’S
The TGI project in Arabella Mall built in 2015,
was a total of 430sqm and constructed in 60 days.
The challenge in building this project was the
combination of Light and wood.

HARDEES BASKIN ROBBINS
The KFC project in Dajeej- Dalal Mall –built
in 2015, was a total of 220sqm and constructed in
45 days. The challenge was to work on the
changing of design concept within the agreed
period without any delay.
The Hardee’s – Baskin Robbins project in Dajeej –
Dalal Mall built in 2015, was a total of 220sqm and
constructed in 45 days. The challenge in building this
project and finish it within the short timetable was the
right terms of finishing and building.

The Container 75project in Abu Halaifa –
The C View Mall built in 2014, was a total
of 220sqm and constructed in 60 days. The
challenge was to deal with solid materials
and to use all accessories with lueafing and
handmade materials

CAFÉ
The 7th Heaven Café project in Kuwait City –
Mubarakiya built in 2014, was a total of 70sqm
and constructed in 45 days. The challenge was to
mix many materials with different sizes with the
right application and finishing.
DIP N DIP
The Dip N Dip project in Eqaila – The Gate Mall built
in 2014, was a total of 260sqm and constructed in
45 days. The challenge was building this project
and finishing it within the short timetable with
right terms of finishing. We were aiming for the
building to look nicer than the 3D design.

The OR Noya project in Sharq – Jassem Tower built
in 2013, was a total of 350sqm (280sqm Central
Kitchen and 70sqm showroom) and constructed in
60 days. The challenge was to deal with natural
materials as block wall and concrete.

HEAD OFFICES
Al Anba Newspaper Head Offices project in AlShuwaikh area.
Built between 2012 to 2013 with a total of 3 Floors
divided into 12 departments, was constructed in
One year. The challenge was to build offices with
the proper finishing and as agreed.

The Food Choice project in Al Ardiya area –built
in 2012, was a total of 250sqm and constructed in
60 days. The challenge was building this project
Assembling and installing different sizes of floor
tiles in the Food Choice office, and the color
contrast in the wooden paint.

The Gardenia project in Abu Elhasaniya – Divonne
Mall built in 2013, was a total of 110sqm and
constructed in 60 days. The challenge was to build
the project in colloguing wise, and all material
items were made by Access pro team.

2012, was a total of 434sqm and constructed in
60 days. The challenge was to fix the fabricated
wall fixture in the right places.
