Situated on 100 manicured acres in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, ACUITY’s Corporate
Headquarters is renown for a distinctive architecture which increases motivation,
builds teamwork, and inspires people.
ACUITY’s Corporate Headquarters was designed specifically to bring the outside
in. The objective was simple—distort the boundaries and make employees feel
their imagination is limitless. As such, the building is widespread with glass, high
ceilings, and beams that reach upward to the sky.
A second, yet equally important, component to extending the firm’s culture is through
art. ACUITY believes art invigorates individuals, enriches the work experience, and
creates harmonious surroundings. As artist John Ruskin once said, “Life without
industry is guilt. Industry without art is brutality.”
Below are some notables about the ACUITY campus:
n
440,000 square foot structure built entirely of Winona limestone
n
Cherry, red oak, teak, and mahogany woods used throughout
enhance the building’s dramatic appearance
n
Breathtaking interior complemented by an extensive collection
of fine art
n
Aesthetically pleasing exterior filled with horticultural displays,
sculptures, and ponds
n
Viewed from the highway by over 50,000 people each day
We hope you enjoy your tour of ACUITY’s campus and fine art collection.
