A CERC TRIBUTE TO PRESIDENT GIL OPALESKI Our CERC President, Gilbert J. Opaleski, passed away on February 10, 2016 at age 83. Gil served the CERC for many years; 2 as Vice-President (2003-2004) , and 11 as President ( 2005 -2015). Gil did an outstanding job directing the CERC and communicating with the GM Retiree Relations Group at the Rencen, organizing presentations from GM for our luncheons. He kept the club leadership focused and organized and will be sorely missed. RIGHT Gil collected soft cover books From the CERC and several other sources.
