Borefts Bier Festival
2013
September 27th and 28th
Official Festival Program
Talk about the festival on Twitter by using #Borefts

Welcome
Welcome at our 5th Borefts Beer Festival! The festival is held at 3
locations. The first location is our brewery. Both inside and outside you
can find wonderful brewers. The rest of the great brewers can be found
on our second location on the other side of the street. In front of the
building, outside on the parking lot. The restaurant (beer dinner) and
beershop are in the old mill. So again there's no escaping in visiting all
sites. In total 18 breweries are attending this year representing 9
countries. We have over 140 beers that go from easy going session ales
to powerful and complex. From very sweet to very sour. From refreshing
light bitter to harsh and spicy. Have fun!
Brouwerij de Molen and friends.

Beer & Food
You can get all kinds of snacks at the Food Plaza. Our local butcher
serves his own hamburgers and smoked ham sandwiches, a large choice
of local cheese is on offer and, of course, the unmissable Dutch snack:
bitterballen with beer mustard.
Those who have tickets for the BBF Dinner Special can go to the old
windmill. Please make sure you’re there in time!
Water
At the entrance you received a bottle of water with your glass and tokens.
During the festival we advise you to drink (also) plenty of water. This does
not only prevent you from dehydration but it also cleans your taste-buds.
Sodas
Not interested in the wonderful beers? Or are you the one that needs to
drive after the festival? At the food plaza there's a bar where you can get
a cola or other sodas.
Beershop
Please accept that only a limited amount of customers fit into the shop at
one time. Too much to carry home? We ship to all European countries;
info in the shop.
Cash payments, Debitcard PIN, Mastercard and VISA possible. It’s not
possible to PIN cash in the shop.
In the shop beers from the attending brewers are available but also 700
others, including of course Brouwerij de Molen.
Beer Café
Friday night from 22.00 till 24.00 hours the bar in the mill will be open for
those who don’t want to go home just yet and want to relax for a while.
Train information
Leaving in the direction of Utrecht and Leiden:
Every 15 minutes past the hour and every 15 minutes to the hour. For
example: 16:15, 16:45, 17:15 and 21:45 until 00:45.

IMPORTANT: crossing the road is one of our major concerns regarding
the festival. Please be super extra careful. Cars are coming from both
directions fast. And for some of you: on the wrong side of the road!
