he Latitude Network
Video Management
System (NVMS) is a
fully scaleable enterprise-class
media
management
system. This advanced network
based system architecture enables simultaneous live monitoring
from multiple stations and is easily configurable for storage
both on and off site. The software can be configured to store
and to view from one to thousands of cameras and monitor connections across an unlimited number of servers.
Latitude NVMS is fully compatible with DVTel’s Adaptive
Visualization Technology (AVT). AVT was originally developed to improve real-time situational awareness in the military
and aerospace markets where the lack of threat correlation produced by multiple viewing screens resulted in poor decision
making at critical times.
The Latitude NVMS open architecture is designed to operate
on Microsoft Windows based Operating System. It is the first
enterprise class solution to offer digital end-to-end monitoring
and recording of video, audio and alarms for surveillance and
security applications. This unique architecture brings together
in one system a CCTV matrix switch, a multiplexer, and a
DVR with unlimited storage capacity.
Although digital to its core, the Latitude can be either digital or
analog at the edge. View live and recorded images on a PC
monitor or an analog CCTV monitor. Control camera selection
and PTZ camera control from a PC keyboard and mouse or
from a traditional CCTV keyboard. Feed the system with IP
networked cameras or traditional analog cameras. Whether the
data is analog or digital, the Latitude NVMS engine is 100%
digital.
The Latitude NVMS is designed to effectively integrate with
existing access control and CCTV equipment including analog
matrices, keyboards and cameras to leverage and protect investments in legacy infrastructure and equipment.
These numbers are for a single stream of Mpeg4 video (recording or viewing). These numbers were calculated
using a single stream of video (recorded as live) set at the DVTel default camera settings.
Please note that not all equipment supported by the Latitude software provide an Mpeg4 video stream. Please
contact your DVTel representative for a compete BW support

DVTel’s Intelligent Security Operation Center (iSOC) Network Solution

VTel’s Intelligent Security Operation Center’s (iSOC) open architecture design allows for operation on both a multicast or unicast based network. The multicasting functionality enables a single stream to be transmitted to multiple authorized viewers on the network simultaneously thus reducing bandwidth demands and allowing more cameras to be
transmitted over the network.
The Latitude NVMS collects data from a vast array of sources including network management systems, access control systems,
building management systems, point of sale systems, perimeter alarms, and any other open architecture based system and creates
actionable information based on correlating and analyzing alarm and event inputs. When this information is used with Latitude’s
powerful maps, response times and operational thinking is dramatically increased.
Our software offers integration with existing legacy CCTV matrix switchers and matrix keyboards. This allows the Latitude
NVMS to work in a hybrid situation while continuing to provide a solution that has 100% digital expansion capability. The majority of digital systems available today require conversion of all analog equipment to digital equipment. DVTel provides the
ability to add IP based video while maintaining existing legacy equipment including analog matrix switches, analog monitors and
CCTV keyboard interfaces. DVTel’s Digital Virtual Matrix provides full control over the
analog equipment thus providing the analog user the ability to view digital video over analog equipment and the digital user to view analog video over the network.

DVTel’s Advanced Visualization Technology (AVT) revolutionized camera monitoring with a new video suite integrated into the award winning Latitude
NVMS. The first released AVT product is SceneTracker Video Stitching Software.
SceneTracker provides a real-world, real-time perspective of multiple camera images in a single integrated view. While traditional video management systems typically provide multiplexed or sequential views, or at best use Mega-Pixel or panoramic cameras, SceneTracker allows the world to be viewed as the human eye was
meant to see it with no limitations of a single camera view. With the SceneTracker
product, objects or persons of interest can be tracked, zoomed in on and hovered
over for a closer, more detailed view.

Another DVTel software application is Mentor Screen Recording Software, an intelligence gathering tool which provides insight into both the operations and the users of a system. By providing a view into what the operator is watching,
their behavior and responses can be coached with either realtime feedback or post-performance analysis.

which can be seamlessly synchronized with all other system
