Introduction
Our dedicated events team has a wealth of experience to assist you in all aspects of the planning of
your event; ranging from the choice of suite, selection of packages and the provision of tailor made
services. Our team is on hand to do as little or as much as you may require. We pride ourselves on
a simple philosophy, ‘It’s your day and your choice’, our role is simply to make your day just what
you always imagined it would be. We offer everything from a formal sit down meal to a less formal
buffet, and more in between. With choices on the number of courses, table layout, colour schemes
and so much more we believe this is just another way we can help tailor your event to your
individual needs should you require guidance.
We have three main suites; the Chesham Suite, our largest, accommodating up to 200 people. Our
78 bedrooms offer en suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, 24 hour room service, free
use of our Leisure Club(**) and Wireless Internet, ideal for your wedding guests. We also have two
fully fitted Disabled Access Rooms located on the ground floor.
We are located just outside Weymouth town centre, 10 minutes drive from the A35, with ample
free parking. Weymouth railway station is 10 minutes walk.

Our famous Gallery Restaurant & Bar serves traditional British and international cuisine. Head
Chef Paul Carmichael and his team cater for both our Gallery Restaurant and conferences and
events. Our Gallery Restaurant offers a grill menu, carvery buffet, salad bar, sweets and a fine
selection of ales, spirits, and wines to both hotel guests and visitors. The Gallery Restaurant is air
conditioned for our diners comfort. Our bar is located adjacent to both the Leisure Club and
Restaurant and is the perfect place to unwind whether your visit is business or pleasure. 24 hour
bar service is available to hotel residents.
Leisure Club & Spa
Leisure Club facilities include an indoor heated Pool, Gymnasium, Sauna, Steam Room, Spa
