Terms and Conditions of CCB (Asia) Credit Card and SHKP Malls Program
(“Program”) : 1. THE PROGRAM – This Program is only available for principal and
supplementary cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”,“you”) of credit cards (except Corporate
Credit Cards) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation
Limited or China Construction Bank Corporation Limited. The aforesaid card issuers are
collectively referred to as the (“CCB Group”,“Bank”,"us").The promotion period ofThe Program
is from July 1, 2015 to August 31, 2015, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. PARTICIPATING SHKP MALLS OF THE PROGRAM – apm (Kwun Tong),
East Point City (Tseung Kwan O), Landmark North (Sheung Shui) (only applicable to
merchants of L2 to L5),Metroplaza (Kwai Fong), Metropolis Plaza (Sheung Shui), MOKO
(Mong Kok), Tai Po Mega Mall (Tai Po), The Sun Arcade (Tsim Sha Tsui), Tsuen Wan Plaza
(Tsuen Wan), V city (Tuen Mun), wtc more (Causeway Bay) and Yuen Long Plaza
(Yuen Long) (“Participating Malls”). 3. REWARD – a) Cardmembers can redeem a HKD50
SHKP Mall Cash Coupon (“Coupon(s)”) (“Reward Redemption”) upon accumulative
spending of HKD1,500 or above (with up to 2 original sets of Cardmember sales slips and
machine printed invoices (“Valid Invoice(s)”) from different merchant(s) of the same
Participating Mall on the same transaction day with the same Eligible Card. Transaction
amount for each set of Valid Invoice must be HKD100 or above. Cardmembers can
redeem a HKD100 SHKP Mall Cash Coupon (“Coupon(s)”) (“Reward Redemption”)
upon accumulative spending of HKD3,000 or above (with up to 2 original sets of Valid
Invoices from different merchant(s) of the same Participating Mall on the same transaction
day with the same Eligible Card. Transaction amount for each set of Valid Invoice must be
HKD100 or above. The same Eligible Card (with the same Credit Card number stated on
the Cardmember sales slip) must be presented by the Cardmember for Reward Redemption
at designated redemption counters during the Redemption Hours (as defined below) on
the same transaction day. Spending at different Participating Malls or spending on different
transaction days cannot be accumulated for Reward Redemption.The daily Coupons available
for redemption at each Participating Mall are in limited supply, on a first-come-first-served
basis, while stocks last. The number of Coupons available for redemption at each
Participating Mall on each day are as follows, apm (Kwun Tong) and V city (Tuen Mun):
HKD50 and HKD100 Coupon each 30 pieces; Landmark North (Sheung Shui), Metropolis
Plaza (Sheung Shui) and Tai Po Mega Mall (Tai Po): HKD50 and HKD100 Coupon each 20
pieces; Metroplaza (Kwai Fong), MOKO (Mong Kok), The Sun Arcade (Tsim Sha Tsui),
Tsuen Wan Plaza (Tsuen Wan), wtc more (Causeway Bay) and Yuen Long Plaza (Yuen
Long): HKD50 and HKD100 Coupon each 10 pieces; East Point City (Tseung Kwan O):
HKD50 Coupon 15 pieces and HKD100 Coupon 10 pieces. Each Cardmember can only redeem
1 piece of HKD50 Coupon or 1 piece of HKD100 Coupon at each Participating Mall everyday.
Each Cardmember can only redeem Coupons with up to HKD1,000 at each Participating
Mall during the whole Promotion Period. b) If Cardmember has made valid transactions at
Participating Malls in RMB currency, RMB1 spending will be counted as HKD1 spending.
4. REWARD REDEMPTION – Cardmember must redeem the Coupon(s) on the
transaction day at designated redemption counters located at Participating Malls during
Redemption Hours in person. Late redemption will not be valid. a)The Redemption Hours of
designated redemption counters at each Participating Mall: apm (KwunTong): 12:00 noon to
12:00 midnight; East Point City (Tseung Kwan O): 1:00pm to 10:00pm; Landmark North
(Sheung Shui): 1:00pm to 10:00pm; Metroplaza (Kwai Fong): 10:30am to 10:00pm;
Metropolis Plaza (Sheung Shui) 12:00 noon to 10:00pm; MOKO (Mong Kok): 12:00 noon to
10:00pm;Tai Po Mega Mall (Tai Po): 12:00 noon to 10:00pm;The Sun Arcade (Tsim ShaTsui):
9:30am to 9:30pm; Tsuen Wan Plaza (Tsuen Wan): 10:00am to 10:00pm; V city (Tuen Mun):
11:00am to 10:00pm; wtc more (Causeway Bay): 1:00pm to 10:00pm and Yuen Long Plaza
(Yuen Long): 10:00am to 9:00pm (“Redemption Hours”). b) All original copies of Valid Invoice(s)
will be stamped by designated staff at Participating Malls upon redemption for identification
purpose; each set of Valid Invoice can only be used once for Reward Redemption and any
amount exceeding the minimum spending requirement for each Reward Redemption
cannot be retained and re-used for any other promotion offers. c)The Reward Redemption
is only eligible for Cardmember with original copies of Cardmember sales slips and machine
printed invoices issued by merchants at Participating Malls. Cardmember sales slips
issued by Participating Malls’ merchants must clearly state the Credit Card number,
merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and
Cardmember’s signature (if applicable).The credit card statement or photocopies of sales slips /
machine printed invoices will not be accepted; whereas merchant name, transaction date,
transaction amount and purchase items must be stated on the machine printed invoices.
Cardmembers will not be eligible for the Reward Redemption if he / she cannot present
the original copies of Cardmember sales slips and machine printed invoices and / or the
relevant Eligible Credit Card (for any reasons) on the transaction day. If the information
provided by the Cardmember is incomplete, he / she will not be eligible for the Reward
Redemption. d) Cardmembers are required to keep the relevant original Valid Invoice(s) for
inspection upon request by the Bank. In case of any disputes, Cardmembers are required
to submit the relevant original Valid Invoice(s) for further investigation by the Bank.
5. ELIGIBLE TRANSACTION – a) Transaction amount is counted on individual card
basis (by Credit Card number), and only the actual transaction amount will be counted (only
the net amount after discounted price / the use of promotion coupon / cash coupon will be
counted). The following transactions will not be eligible for the Reward Redemption:
Purchase of coupons (such as cake coupons, cash coupons), purchase of tickets (such as
concert ticket), wet market, banking service inside Participating Malls, properties agency,
temporary exhibition booth, cross-border coach, travel agency, purchase of Noah’s Ark tickets or
ICC's Sky100 observation deck tickets, purchase / use of SHKP Mall Cash Coupons, purchase /
use of merchants’ coupons, value-adding service, bill payment, trade-in transaction, online purchase,
email / phone order, mail orders, fax orders, medical service, banquet, telecommunication,
exhibition, kiosk, tuition fee payment / membership fee payment, car wash and car care services,
car parking, tenants in office building, insurance premium, fee and charges (no matter
related to credit card account or not), cancelled / returned transactions or any non-eligible
transitions determined by Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Ltd or Participating Malls or
any transaction which the Bank classifies as ineligible transactions. Any photocopied,
duplicated or handwritten invoice, split transactions, handwritten Cardmember sales slips,
faked transaction, transaction not yet posted and / or any ineligible transaction designated
by the Bank are not accepted. Transaction date and time of the Bank’s record shall prevail.
b) For transactions that involve deposit, only the value of the deposit on the transaction day
instead of the total transaction amount will be counted for the spending amount.The balance
of the invoice cannot be used for any other promotion offers. 6. LIMITATION –The Coupons
cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged or cancelled under any circumstances.
The spending of different Principal Credit Card and Supplementary Credit Card shall not be
transferred or combined for the purpose of calculating the spending amounts for the
Reward Redemption. Principal Credit Card and the corresponding Supplementary Credit Card
must be redeemed individually. 7. INFORMATION RECORD - Cardmember’s name,
credit card number and information stated on the machine printed invoices or Cardmember
sales slips will be recorded for the purpose of Reward Redemption and verification, the personal
information collected is limited for the use of this Program only. By providing the above
information for redemption, Cardmembers have agreed on the collection of related data and
understand the purpose on the use of such data. 8. BANK RECORD PREVAILS The Bank will verify the credit card transaction record to confirm credit card accounts'
eligibility for the Reward Redemption and the entitlement of the Reward Redemption.
In case of discrepancy between the Bank's record and details recorded on the credit card
sales slip, the Bank's record shall prevail. For any cancelled / refunded transactions,
the Bank has the right to and will be entitled to debit any Coupon(s) equivalent amount
so granted to the Cardmember from the relevant Card account(s) without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions of SHKP Mall Cash Coupon : 1. There is no minimum
spending requirement on Coupon usage and no change will be given for any balance
not spent. 2. Coupon can be used at participating merchants of 23 SHKP Malls. Please visit
www.shkp.com/html/mallcashcoupon.htm for 23 designated SHKP Malls. 3. Coupon cannot
be cancelled, exchanged, returned or redeemed for cash. 4. Participating Malls reserve the right
to substitute the HKD100 SHKP Mall Cash Coupon with 2 pieces of HKD50 SHKP Mall
Cash Coupon and Cardmember cannot object. 5. The Bank will not be responsible for any
damaged, lost or stolen of the Coupon(s). 6. The use of the Coupon is bound by related
Terms and Conditions, please refer to the terms & conditions printed at the back of the Coupon.
Terms and Conditions of Designated Discount(s), Gift(s) and Offers (“Special
Offers”) at SHKP Malls' Participating Merchants (“Participating Merchants”) :
1. Unless otherwise specified, Special Offers are only available from July 1, 2015 to
August 31, 2015 (both dates inclusive). 2. Special Offers are only available at Participating
Merchants in Participating SHKP Malls. 3. Cardmember should present Eligible Card to
Participating Merchants before placing order / reservation / payment and payment
must be made by Eligible Card. 4. Special Offers cannot be exchanged for cash,
other products or discount. 5. Special Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers,
membership offers, discounts, vouchers, special and fixed priced items unless specified.
6. Special Offers are only available while stocks last. Special Offers cannot be exchanged or
transferred. Participating Merchants reserve the right to change the Special Offers at the
same value without prior notice. 7. Special Offers are bound by terms and conditions of
Participating Merchants, please contact Participating Merchants for offer details.
General Terms & Conditions : 1. PROGRAM REQUIREMENT – To enjoy
the Offers, Eligible Cardmember shall follow the requirements stated under the
relevant Offers, and settle the retail transactions with the Eligible Card. The Offers
cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer(s). 2. ELIGIBILITY – Your card
account status must remain valid and in good standing (as determined at our discretion)
throughout the Promotion Period and at the time when the Reward and Special Offers
are given. 3. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY – The Offers are subject to availability and
cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise stated therein. The products are
available while stock last. We and the Participating Merchants will not provide notice of
non-availability or substitution. 4. DISCLAIMER – The validity and use of any product or
service of the Offers under the Program shall be subject to the relevant usage instructions
and terms and conditions set by the relevant supplier. We shall not act as, or assume any
liability of, a product / service supplier (or its agent). Any claim, complaint, or dispute
concerning any product or service must be referred to and resolved between the relevant
supplier and the Cardmember, which shall in no way relieve such Cardmember from his /
her payment or other obligations to us. 5. RIGHT TO VARY, ETC – We, Participating
Malls and Participating Merchants reserve the right to vary the Program and / or these
Terms and Conditions, or to replace, cancel or withdraw the Program, at our discretion at
any time without giving prior notice. 6 FINAL DECISION – CCB Group, Sun Hung Kai
Real Estate Agency Ltd, Participating Malls and Participating Merchants retain the final
decision in any differences or disputes under the Program, and shall not be responsible or
liable for any claims or liability resulting from Cardmember's participation in the Program
howsoever suffered or incurred. 7. ENGLISH VERSION PREVAILS – In case of
any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions,
the English version shall prevail.
