Located on an exclusive private estate in the idyllic coastal town of Forte dei Marmi,
this elegant villa is a peaceful haven. The estate nestles at the foot of the Apuan Alps
and within easy reach of sunny, sandy beaches, making it the perfect place for a
luxury summer holiday. The estate has a fantastic hotel and seven villas, each with its
own private garden. Guests have exclusive use of the estate facilities and can wine
and dine at one of the three restaurants, or spend time with friends in the lounge and
coffee bars, or take a relaxing massage or wellness treatment in the Day Spa, or
indulge in exercise in the modern fitness centre overlooking the hotel garden.
A variety of boats, like kayaks and catamarans and canoes, may be used by guests to
enjoy the water, while bicycles make transport around the estate convenient fun. A
shuttle bus is also available to take guests to and from the town centre. Free wifi is
available for all guests.
The outer wall of the villa features an engraved sundial and an external stone
staircase adds to the charm of this unique villa.
The villa has two levels which can be divided into two independent units. The ground
level has a comfortable, colourful living room, with a light blue mat and matching floral
curtains. Guests can relax on the outdoor terrace and solarium, easily reached from
the living room. A well-equipped kitchenette is adjacent to the living room. There are
three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom.
The upper level has a cosy living room, a modern kitchenette and two lovely
bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom. Guests can enjoy the long summer days
on the large, panoramic upper terrace, which seamlessly links the outdoors with the
indoors.
