Choosing the right headset
No matter what portable radio you have chosen, equipping it with the right
audio accessory is when your investment really pays off. Some accessories are great for general everyday communications but if your staff need to
operate in high noise environments then a headset might be what you need.
Wireless Pacific have a range of headsets to suit the most demanding task,
whether your people work in a timber mill, maintain an assembly line, crew
for Nascar or provide stage security at a Megadeath concert, you can be
secure knowing our headsets are built to do the job and keep everyone

Smart Heavy Duty Headsets
WPSHD - Safety Yellow
WPHDH - Classic Black
Our noise cancelling Smart Heavy Duty headsets provide excellent transmission quality in extreme or high noise environments so your messages
come through loud and clear every time. Designed for use with or without a safety helmet, the dual muff design also provides clear reception in
almost all work environments by blocking out high levels of background
noise from the users ears. The on-cup secondary PTT help ensure ease of
communications in even the most demanding applications. A black canvas type carry bag is optionally available for work site storage or to help
protect when transferred from venue to venue.
The SHD series features a folding arm mic and come in “safety yellow” to
alert others that the user has reduced ambient listening and may not hear
an approaching vehicle. They also include an on-cup volume control and
a 3.5mm secondary audio jack for connection to an iPod® or racing scanner. They can also be further enhanced by ordering the WPDHM Extreme
noise dynamic microphone option with 24dB NRR so you’ll be heard loud
and clear, even down in the pit amongst race cars or standing by blaring
PA sound systems.
Note: The standard noise cancelling model should be positioned about 3cm from
your lips. The extreme noise cancelling microphone needs to be within 1cm for
correct operation.

PTT Adaptors
PTT adaptors are used to connect a number of headsets to the side accessory connector on your portable radio. They are
built tough for the most demanding industrial applications using the finest materials and manufacturing techniques. Depending
on your specific application one may be more suitable or allow you to operate more effectively or enhance the users safety.
WPWLP - Nexus PTT
WPSHC - In-Line PTT
The WPLWP Nexus PTT adaptors are designed for DIRECT
USE with Wireless Pacific TempleTalker and Peltor Hearing
Protection headsets. They can also be used with both WPSHD
and WPHDH headsets by using a WPSHC-NEX PTT cable. The
large RED PTT button is designed for ease of use in almost any
situation. For a number of radio types it includes a Wireless
PTT button that you can Velcro to your hand, fingers or to the
fork lift steering wheel, if desired. Providing you with virtual
hands free operation.
The WPSHC PTT adaptors are designed primarily
for use with Wireless Pacific Heavy Duty headsets and provide a large in-line PTT button and use
moulded connectors for rugged reliability.
WPTDH - Temple Talker ™
The revolutionary new Temple Talker headset is an amazing design concept
that allows you to hear through your temples. This leaves your ears free to converse with those around you, stay aware to possible dangerous situations, or in
extreme noise areas, to simply allow you to wear low cost hearing protection
like ear plugs - while staying in constant communications with your work team.
The Microphone adjusts easily to the users preferred position and provide exceptional noise cancelling so your transmissions come through loud and clear
in the loudest of work situations. In spite of the industrial strength design, Temple Talker is incredibly comfortable to wear and can be adjusted easily with soft
Velcro straps to fit every sized user. Order with the WPWLP adaptor for the
portable radio of your choice.
WPLWH - Lightweight Noise Cancelling
Our premium noise cancelling Lightweight headset provides excellent transmission
quality with minimal background noise so your message comes through loud and
clear every time. Designed for all day wear, they provide clear communications in all
work environments. The rugged, in-line WPPTT adaptor cables and the smart highlow volume switch provides greater convenience especially when your hands are
already busy.
Models are available for not only most popular portable radios, but also to suit mobile
vehicle and RF Control office applications. The headsets feature hard wearing “quick
disconnect” plugs so you can “personal issue” just the headset section to each operator. This reduces purchase costs while still maintaining the highest levels of hygiene
in all work environments!
WPLWB
Wireless Pacific GTR radios with Bluetooth technology allow you to use any one of
the huge range of low cost Bluetooth audio accessories available at your local shipping centre. The WPLWB Lightweight headset is ideal for busy event management
staff of stores people that need to keep their hands free. The long microphone arm
helps reduce background noise when transmitting. The WPBTH is a basic Bluetooth
headset providing good audio in relative quiet environments.

All Headset are covered by a full and comprehensive warranty and are warranted to
be free from defects in material or workmanship including any associated accessories.
Wireless Corporation will, at its option, replace or repair parts found defective and pay
return shipping to the registered owner.
The warranty applies only to the original owner and does not apply to a headset which
we determine has failed due to physical damage, corrosion, accident, unauthorized or
improper use, repair or modification. The owner is responsible for the transportation
costs of the equipment back to the place of purchase. In no case will Wireless Corporation Ltd accept responsibilty for incidental or consequential damages.
