Locinox products are an industrial quality product. They are tested extensively by our R&D department in the most extreme
circumstances. We test every product on at least 150,000 cycles before bringing it on the market. Using Locinox products

FAMILY OF LOCKS
The locks in our product range are designed for maximum interchangeability. Many combinations are possible so you will
always be able to fulfill your clients’ wishes. Even after installation our products can be easily adjusted and/or replaced.
Our standard manual locks can easily adapted to many applications, including store room, free exit, dead bolt, dead latch,
and child safety lock just by changing the handle set. Or a manual lock can be replaced with a mechanical code or electric
lock without modifying the gate. The Locinox Family of Locks is designed to give the installer maximum flexibility and the
owner maximum quality!

WEATHERPROOF
Materials and surface treatments which last for years of outdoor use, are a basic requirement. This is why Locinox only uses
stainless steel and non-ferrous metals as raw materials for its products. For surface treatments, we choose for chrome plating
and, whenever possible, hot-dip galvanization.

The best guarantee for a long life for gates and fences is hot-dip galvanization.
This process covers the product with a layer of 50 to 150 mµ thick, whereas
electro-galvanization only provides a layer of 5 to 25 mµ thick. As you may
know, the weather can erode on average 2 mµ per year (depending on weather
conditions), therefore our choice for hot-dip galvanization was an easy one.
Locinox chooses, if possible, for hot-dip galvanization to maintain a high
standard and to give our products a longer life than cheaper alternatives.

our own test center where they undergo a prolonged exposure to the most extreme
environment. This ensures that our locks will work in all weather conditions.
Industrial quality, adjustable bolts and use of stainless steel are only some of

Industrial lock upgrade with dustcover
Industrial lock with stainless steel mechanism and upgraded aluminum housing
with dustcover to protect the cylinder from foreign particle contamination. We
recommend this lock for gates where freezing water typically interferes with
cylinder operation, high dust, or sandy/windy environments. The latch and
dead bolt have 3/4” continuous adjustment to allow perfect alignment of the
locking mechanism. A stainless steel throw of 7/8” guarantees secure locking.
Ships standard with stainless steel handle pair. The latch gap required is keeper
dependent, but the standard and security keepers require a 1-1/4” latch gap.

close the lock. This lock is ideal to use to provide entry to third parties like the

system. If the lock is under power, the handles are blocked and a red LED

to allow perfect alignment of the locking mechanism. A stainless steel throw of

The Mammoth is a hydraulic swing gate closer and bearing hinge in one. An
elegantly designed self-closing hinge that opens smoothly and closes gates up

Stainless steel “rollerbolt” for LA-locks. It fits Industrial, Ornamental, Mechanical,
Electrical, and Swimming Pool locks. The standard chamfered latch tip can be
replaced with the rollerbolt to reduce latch resistance and allow the gate close
and latch easier. This ensures a smooth closing of the lock into the keep. The
rollerbolt has a bolt adjustment hole for latch bolt length adjustment.

Mounting tool for locks
Mounting tool for La-locks. The Locitool has an M3 Allen key for the adjustment
of the bolts and fixing of the handles. The M6 Allen key fits all Locinox mounting
bolts. The screwdriver can be used to change the cylinder, open the lock box or
change the latch bolt from right to left hand.
