Waterfowlers of America is no longer a viable nonproft organization. We checked our records and found any contacts that we had in the past with the organization and the last person that Brenda Moore the organization was in Special Events spoke with indicated that defunct. Therefore, based upon the Mayor and CityCouncil' s policy, when an organization is removed, all the organizations move forward in the rotaion. I have attached a reworked listing of the beer truck schedule. When I got to the end of the rotation list, the last 4 organizations listed in Sunfest 2013, I left those organizations in place and started the rotation again beginning with Springfest 2013 so that the organizations would properly rotate between Springfest and Sunfest. This was done since there is now an even number of organizations ( 44). This will carry through to 2018 at which time, if there is no change in the list, you may want to have another drawing or begin with the list as drawn originally. Many changes have occurred since the original drawing as organizations have been added, so this may be a viable option for the future. The can be very confusing when organizations are moved around andI've tried as pos ible. I have reworked the list with the events listed as they occure ( .g. Springfest frst)and extended it for another full A d i t o n a l y , I have included rotation. the original format for your review. Please let me know you if have any list to make the list as easy to understand questions. kapm cc: Dennis W.Dare, City lword\Beer Truck ManagerH: RofaLion Changes8- 26- TOWN OF OCEAN CITY OCEAN CITY, MARYLAND POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL PPM 900- 5 SECTION: Legislation SUBJECT: Springfest and Sunfest Beer Trucks The Mayor profit organizations located and City Council allow non- in the 7th election district and based in Ocean City to operate four 4) ( concessions to sell beer at Springfest and four 4} ( concessions at Sunfest. organizations were determined by a lottery drawing conducted at the Mayor andCity Council' s meeting on February 20,1996.The position of the organizations was determined at this meeting and rotation through the list will proceed with four 4) (organizations per event.
