SUMMER REINFORCEMENT PROGRAM
Some students have been assigned to the mandatory Summer Reinforcement Program for Math and/or English.
This program is coordinated by our Summer School and runs for one week (either July 11 to July 15 or July 18
to July 22). The fee is $175.00 for a single subject, or if you have to take both, the fee is $300.00. Please call
Mr. Artigus’ Office ext. 117 with any questions.
Congrats to our 2016 Valdeictorian, Erin Endres, (left),who will be
attending Princeton, and Salutatorian, Caitlin Bertolini, (right),
who will be attending Binghamton University.
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As the song from Oklahoma goes, “June is bustin’ out all over”…and at SJB that is not limited to flowers.
We enjoyed awesome concerts and art shows that give evidence to the tremendous talents that bloom around
SJB all year long. Many of our teams are in playoffs and final competitions, and our seniors have finalized
their college decisions and are being recognized for their commitments to learning, service, and leadership. It is
always a joy to see and a privilege to share these moments with them.
But the greatest growth we always get to share in is to see how each and every one of our terrific graduating
seniors have learned to tackle challenges in and out of the classroom and growth through them. They have
developed the skills of compassion, communication, and responsibility. Solid friendships have formed and the
values and love you have carefully raised them with have stood by them well and assisted them in good and
rough times. Thank you for sharing them with us each day. May you all enjoy the fantastic blooms of June!
With gratitude,
Nan Doherty
Principal
