in Zincirlikuyu, the most valuable site in İstanbul, over a total construction site of
292,000 m². Our project incorporates a parking space of approximately 2,500 vehicles,
residential area of 84,000 m², office area of 10,000 m², shopping center area of 68,000
m², as well as depot and technical floors. The design of the project is performed by
John McAslan, a British architect. The facades will be covered with aluminum and
terracotta panel systems. Heating and cooling will be provided with central systems of
fan coils.

stage within the process of making use of Turkey’s renewable energy
resources, we are proceeding with speed and determination in

We are undertaking an active role as project developer, investor,
constructor and operator in the energy industry in cooperation with
international finance institutions and our partners.
The Erenköy Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant in Artvin have
become operational in October 2010 with an installed capacity of 22.5
MW. We are targeting to start operating our new hydroelectric facilities
of approximately 150 MW, together with the projects currently being
constructed, in the near future.

hydroelectric power plant
The Erenköy Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant which is our first power generation
facility were put into operation in 2010. Contributing to Turkey’s supply of electricity, the project
is remarkable in terms of the innovative methods employed for its construction. The project
of Erenköy Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant constructed with a power of 22.5 MW
in less than two years’ time on the Murgul Stream in Borçka County of Artvin is planned to
generate 87 GWh of electricity on average every year. During the construction of the project,
Türkerler has reflected its construction experience on the field successfully. Within the scope of
this project, a tunnel of 6,500 m, a regulator, a fore bay pool, a pressure pipeline, an operator
building and an energy transmission line of 9 km were constructed.
kayabeyi dam and akıncı
hydroelectric power plant
The project is located on the Kura River in Çıldır County of Ardahan. The plant, which is a roller
compacted concrete dam with a fill volume of 900,000 m³ and a height of 145 m from the
river bed (thalweg), consists of a derivation tunnel with a diameter of 6 m and a length of 360
m, an energy tunnel with a diameter of 4 m and a length of 2,620 m, a surge chamber and an
operator building. With an installed capacity of 77.5 MW, the plant is projected to generate
343.7 GWh of electricity every year. The project which is currently being constructed is targeted
to be completed within 2013.
yayla regulator and
hydroelectric power plant
The project is located in Murgul County of Artvin. The plant consists of a
regulator to be built on the Murgul Stream, an energy tunnel with a length of
1,354 m, a surge chamber and an operator building. With an installed capacity
of 5.1 MW, yearly generation of 22.26 GWh of electricity is foreseen. The project
licensed in 2008 is currently being constructed and planned to be completed
within 2012.

hydroelectric power plant
Constructed in two stages, the Angutlu Hydroelectric Power Plant Project is
located on Aksu Stream in the Dereli County of Giresun. Angutlu I Hydroelectric
Power Plant will consist of a regulator, a 3,931 m tunnel, 3-stage Francis-type
turbine and an operator building. With an installed capacity of 15 MW, it is
foreseen to generate 54.47 GWh of electricity annually. Angutlu II Hydroelectric
Power Plant, on the other hand, consists of a regulator, a 3,441 m tunnel, a
Francis-type turbine with 3 units and an operator building. With an installed
capacity of 9.25 MW, it is foreseen to generate 34.07 GWh of electricity annually.
The project licensed in 2008 has started to be constructed.

The project of Çayırlı Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant which is planned to be
constructed over the Kura River in central Ardahan will consist of a supply duct with a length
of 1,579 m, a regulator and an operator building. With an installed capacity of 5.5 MW, it is
planned to generate 13.6 GWh of electricity annually.

Licensed in 2008, the Taşköprü Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant which will be
constructed over the Aralık Stream in Borçka County of Artvin will consist of a tunnel with a
length of 2,800 m, a supply duct with a length of 748 m and an operator building. With an
installed capacity of 16.4 MW, the plant is planned to generate 56.8 GWh of electricity annually.

The Demirci Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant being constructed over Gökırmak
Stream in Kastamonu is a fill dam at a height of 5 m from the river bed (thalweg) and 8 m from
foundation. It will consist of a supply duct of 21,900 m, a fore bay pool, a pressure pipeline
of 220 m, Francis-type horizontal axis turbine with 3 units and an operator building. With an
installed capacity of 12.06 MW, it is projected to generate 59.1 GWh of electricity annually. The
project licensed in 2009 is currently being constructed.
kanat regulator and
hydroelectric power plant
The Kanat Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant being constructed over Aksu Stream and its
branch Dereli Stream located in the Dereli County of Giresun will consist of a regulator, an energy
tunnel with a length of 3,050 m, a supply duct with a length of 1,403 m and an operator building.
Licensed in 2010, this project is foreseen to generate 49.2 GWh of electricity annually with an
installed capacity of 13.3 MW. Construction work of the project is ongoing.

hydroelectric power plant
The project is planned to be constructed in two stages in Zap Suyu Basin and Nehil Stream of
Hakkari. Dilektaşı I Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant will be a concrete faced rock fill dam
with a fill volume of 1,629,231 m3 and a height from the river bed (thalweg) 73 m. It will have
a derivation tunnel with a diameter of 7 m and a length of 304 m and an energy tunnel with a
diameter of 3.5 m and a length of 6,200 m. With an installed capacity of 30 MW, it is planned
to generate 85.6 GWh of electricity annually. Dilektaşı II Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant, on
the other hand, will incorporate a regulator with a height of 21 m from the river bed (thalweg)
and a transmission tunnel with a diameter of 3.60 m and length of 5,055 m. With a 100 MW
installed capacity, the project is foreseen to generate 255.4 GWh of electricity.

The project planned to be constructed over Göksu River in Mut County of Mersin will be a
clay core rock fill dam and consist of an impoundment plant and a main central building to be
built to supply sap to the river mouth. With an installed capacity of 92 MW, it is foreseen to
generate 229.4 GWh of electricity annually.

hydroelectric power plant
The Hidronehir I Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant project is located in
the east of Tosya County of Kastamonu. Planned to be constructed over Devrez
Stream, the project will consist of two supply ducts of 1,964 m and 5,278 m, two
transmission tunnels of 352 m and 300 m, a regulator and an operator building.
With an installed capacity of 10.1 MW, the plant is foreseen to generate 29.4
GWh of electricity annually.

The Hidronehir II Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant project is located in
Kargı County of Çorum. Planned to be constructed over Devrez Stream, the
project will consist of two supply ducts of 6,730 m and 2,812 m, a transmission
tunnel of 66 m, a regulator and an operator building. With an installed capacity of
15 MW, the plant is foreseen to generate 44.7 GWh of electricity annually.

Turkey is fortunate in terms of geothermal energy, as it is a clean,
environment-friendly and renewable source of energy. With its approximately
2,000 MW potential capacity, our country ranks 7th in the world and 1st in
Europe in terms of highest potential for geothermal energy.
With its four different geothermal exploration licenses, Türkerler has started
its geothermal drilling operations in February 2011 near Alaşehir, Manisa.
Following the successful results obtained in the first wells, efforts continue for
energy generation investments in binary plants. The objectives for these areas
are reaching installed capacity of 150 MW, generating 1.26 million kWh of
energy and completing the initial stage of the project within a period of 1 year.

With its decision dated 04 April 2012, the Energy Market Regulatory Board
(EPDK) has approved licensing for period of 49 years for the ES-ES Elektrik
Üretim A.Ş. (ES-ES Electricity Generation Inc.).
The natural gas combined cycle plant to be constructed in Muttalip Village
of the central district of Eskişehir will be of an installed capacity of 609 MW
and have approximately 4.8 billion kWh of electrical energy generation
capacity.
With the Environmental Impact Assessment Certification relevant to
the project having obtained, the engineering and machinery-equipment
procurement activities are being pursued simultaneously. The plant is
foreseen to be commercially operated in 2016.

Gas Distribution Inc., of which Türkerler is also a partner, on 07 July 2005 for a period of 30
years, to cover the area including İzmir Central, Konak, Karşıyaka, Bornova, Buca, Balçova,
Çiğli, Gaziemir, Narlıdere, Güzelbahçe, Aliağa, Kemal Paşa, Menemen, Torbalı, Menderes
and Tire. Within the framework of this project with an investment budget of USD 300 million,
Türkerler is offering services involving operation, subscription, sales and service for the natural
gas network including the engineering and design services, infrastructural construction work
and construction of regulator facilities. Upon completion of the investment period, the company
