As the name suggests this cocktail originated in the city of Babylon in Long Island.
A summer drink with a perfect mix of Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Rum and Triple Sec with
lemon juice and a dash of Coke. Served long.
This cocktail gets its name for the French black raspberry liqueur it contains,
Chambord, we add Eristoff Vodka and pineapple, shake vigorously until smooth.
Served straight up.
A popular ‘Spring Break’ themed cocktail originating from Florida in the late 1980’s.
A generous mix of Eristoff Vodka, Peach Schnapps and both Orange and Cranberry
juice. Served long.
Fruit Tingle
Much like the candy, this drink will not let you stop at having just one. A mix
of Russian Standard Vodka and Blue Curacao lengthened with lemonade and
a dash of raspberry cordial to finish. Served long.
Mojito
A traditional Cuban cocktail and a drink of choice by the famous author Ernest
Hemingway. Bacardi Superior Rum is blended with fresh mint leaves, lime juice and
sugar syrup. Served long over crushed ice.
Amaretto Sour
A favourite of the Red Room staff, this cocktail is mixed from Amaretto almond
flavoured liqueur mixed with fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white and shaken until
the perfect consistency. Served long over crushed ice.

RED ROOM CREATIONS
Red Room Long Island Ice Tea
A Red Room variation on the classic Long Island Iced Tea. All the usual suspects but
with cranberry juice added instead of coke to finish. Served long.
Cosmo Twist
A twist on the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail made famous from ‘Sex and the City.’
We mix Smirnoff Citrus Vodka and Cointreau Orange Liqueur with fresh lime and
cranberry juice. Shaken and served straight up.
Green Goblin
A devilish combination of Green Fairy Absinthe and Lychee Liqueur, this drink will keep
you coming back for more. Mixed with fresh mint leaves and lime juice. Served long
over ice.
Sour Appletini
A contemporary spin on the favourite Appletini. We add Mickey Finn Sour Apple to
fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shaken and served straight up.
Coconut and Vanilla Mojito
A refreshing mix of Malibu coconut rum and Galliano vanilla liqueur. Lengthened with
freshly squeezed lime juice and sugar syrup and shaken with mint leaves. Served long
over crushed ice.
Rasberry Kicker
Styled as a berry cobbler you can drink, we throw together Larios Gin and Crème De
Cassis with fresh raspberries. Shaken with fresh lemon juice and lengthened with a dash
of soda. Served long.
Chick's Drink

our delicious blend of 42 Below Passionfruit Vodka, Peach Liqueur and fresh passion
fruit lengthened with pineapple juice. Served long.
