VI. Buyback of the Gift Card balance
6.1. Buyback of the Gift Card balance is only possible for the Gift Card Buyer and only if the following conditions are met:
– the Buyer will present a proof of purchase in the form of a Receipt;
– fewer than 14 days have elapsed since the Card was bought;
– the Buyer holds the Gift Card at the moment of buyback and returns it to the information desk at the shopping centre where the Card was bought;
– the Gift Card is not signed;
– the balance on the Card is equal to the balance on the day the Card was bought;
– the Buyer will present a credit/debit card with the same number as the credit/debit card with which the transaction of the Gift Card crediting was paid if
the crediting of the Gift Card with its original balance was paid for with a credit/debit card.
6.2. If the conditions described in section 6.1. above are not met, the Buyer is entitled to buy back the Gift Card balance upon payment of the PLN 40
in accordance with the Table of Fees in section X. The fee may be deducted from the balance on the Card.
6.3. The Card Holder is not entitled to buy back the Gift Card balance.
6.4. The money will be returned in the same form in which the Gift Card was credited with its original balance.
6.5. The buyback of the Card is performed at the information desk at the shopping centre in which the Card was bought.
