Cake Varieties:
(Can be ordered in various cake sizes, cupcakes, or mini cupcakes)
All cakes are made entirely from scratch and without the use of any artificial food
coloring. Each cake is made carefully to have a good balance of flavor and to keep
you wanting more! Special orders are also a possibility upon consult.
o Salted Caramel with Dark Chocolate- a rich, moist dark chocolate cake frosted
with a delicious sea salted caramel, drizzled with a touch of caramel sauce.
o Lemon- zesty lemon cake flavored from fresh lemon zest, topped with lemon
cream cheese frosting made from freshly squeezed lemons, and garnished
with fresh lemon wedges.
o Mocha- a chocolate cake baked with fresh brewed coffee, complete with an
espresso buttercream frosting, and garnished with chocolate covered
espresso beans.
o White Russian- a chocolate cake with a hint of coffee liquor flavor filled with a
vodka flavored cream. Complete with a Kahlua swiss buttercream frosting
and ganache garnish.
o Orange Ginger Carrot- a delicious twist on the traditional carrot cake. With
freshly grated ginger and orange zest in the cake and cream cheese frosting, it
is a refreshing and light addition to a moist carrot cake.
o Crème Brulee- a cake made with fresh vanilla bean and frosted with a
caramel cream cheese frosting.
o Cookies and Cream- a moist chocolate cake complete with a homemade
cookies and cream center and drizzled ganache on top.
o Ganache and Mascarpone- a chocolate chip and mascarpone cake topped
with a smooth ganache layer and fresh raspberries.
o Vanilla Bean and Amaretto- a moist white cake with fresh vanilla bean,
frosted with an amaretto cream cheese frosting and topped/decorated with
fresh berries.
o German Chocolate- a dark chocolate cake with a homemade German
chocolate frosting. Complete with a dark chocolate glaze and pecans.
