The Spectra I is a chocolate dispenser and autonomous
vending station in one. It prepares three different instant
products such as powdered milk, chocolate powder, and
instant coffee or fruit aromas. While it ideally complements
the Spectra S or Spectra X, it is also a genuine plus on its

The Sinfonia Gold lends a touch
of elegance, adding that little extra
ambience to your premises. It is
available in the same versions as
the standard Sinfonia.
Base refrigeration unit for Evolution and Spectra
The base refrigeration unit with a practical 5-litre milk
container (or, as an option, 2 × 2.5 litres, e. g. for
two types of milk). The base unit is placed directly under
the coffee machine. The milk is then supplied at the
touch of a button to whatever preparation process
has been selected for the coffee/milk drink. When space
is at a premium, the base refrigeration unit is the ideal
alternative to existing milk storage systems.

Ideal whenever space is at a premium or large quantities
of milk are required
Variant 1: for storing a 10 l or 20 l milk container in your
existing refrigerator under the counter
Variant 2: for supplying two coffee machines.
Here two separate pumps supply the milk to

Franke Milk System – The perfect solution, whatever your requirements.
With the XFMS© (Extended-Fast-Milk-System), cappuccinos & co. are whisked
into your coffee cup even faster than before. Why? Because the milk d
­ is­pensing
head is integrated directly into the coffee machine’s dispenser system.
This means that coffee and milk can be d
­ ispensed simultaneously, with a single
or double dispenser. The milk output sequence is programmable – either
before, during or after the coffee.

Hygiene and care at the highest level. The certified ARCS© programme
(short for Automatic Rinse & Cleaning System) for the coffee and milk unit
greatly facilitates both maintenance and care. As a result your coffee
machine is always spotlessly clean, for a consistently high coffee quality.
New Flavour Station:
Coffee and syrup at the touch of a button.
Spectra S with Vetro 16 operating panel and Flavour Station
The Flavour Station used in combination with the Spectra S
consists of a 20 cm wide add-on unit connected to three
syrup bottles. Pumps are used to feed the syrup to the coffee
machine’s combined coffee-milk-syrup dispenser. If the
Spectra S is also equipped with the Vetro 16 operating panel
(another innovation), up to 48 different coffees, coffee/milk
drinks or mixed drinks made of milk, coffee and/or syrup
can be made in combination.
Evolution Plus with Flavour Station
The Flavour Station for the Evolution Plus is 32 cm wide,
and so the larger volume means that up to six different syrup
bottles can be connected on this version. As with the
Spectra S version, the syrup is pump-fed to the combined
coffee-milk-syrup dispenser on the coffee machine.
Autosteam Pro
With the new Autosteam Pro development, you can heat or froth milk at
thetouch of a button, whenever you need it. Milk, air and steam are automatically
blended into perfectly frothed milk. Both the temperature and the air supply
can be programmed individually for each product. And with the innovative
PEEK material there is no longer any risk of the milk sticking, which is an important
hygiene aspect. In fact, with the Autosteam Pro, daily cleaning has never been
easier.

Different brewing systems for genuine coffee variety. The newly developed
ENB© brewing system pools all of Franke’s know-how and decades
of experience. Choose the ideal brewing unit depending on your area of
application and market (available for the Spectra).
All Franke coffee machines are modular in design, so you can adapt your version specifically to
suit your application and market requirements. For the operating unit for instance you have a choice,
with the Spectra, of a keypad, touchscreen or capacitive solution.
