5SV Series RCCBs
The Siemens range of RCCBs display all the outstanding technical
RCCB Highlights
• 30mA personal protection
• Load ratings: 25A, 40A, 63A, and 80A
These devices are used to provide personal protection from the dangers of earth fault
residual current and can be used to provide protection across more than one circuit.
They do not provide overcurrent protection and must always be used in conjunction
with appropriate MCBs.
• 2 pole, 2 modules wide
• 4 pole, 4 modules wide
Additional Siemens safety features include Insulating Contact Guards and Remote DIN Latch
to prevent any inadvertent contact with live parts during installation and maintenance.
• Universal mount
The 5SV Series are available in two and four Pole configurations, with contact ratings
from 25A through to 80A.

They combine the function of overcurrent and earth fault protection into a single device,
saving cost and valuable panel space.
• Overcurrent: 10A, 16A, 20A and 25A
The 5SU Series provide single circuit 30mA personal protection and are available in ratings from
10A to 25A. The single module design has 6kA and 10kA options and for additional safety and
convenience, the Earth tail and Neutral reference fly lead have end treatment to contain the
conductor strands.
• Single module: 6kA and 10kA
• Two pole: 6kA only
Both ranges have the Siemens unique remote DIN latch, making these devices easy
and safe to install and service. This feature allows the latch to be engaged and disengaged
from a position well clear of any live parts.

Ozoflex Plus Submersible Flexible Cables
Ozoflex Plus are flexible cables suitable for a immersion even in
polluted liquids. Applications including sewage and waste water plants,
abattoirs, the dairy industry, mining and chemical plants, hygienic cleaning
in breweries and food processing plants. They are even suitable in high
temperature chemical cleaning environments.
Construction
Ozoflex Plus Highlights
• Highly flexible submersible cable
• R-ER-90 insulation rated to 90oC
• CPE sheath: Oil and chemical resistant,
flame retardant, resists water absorption
• Suitable for most situations including
submersion in polluted water
Ozoflex Plus cables consist of finely stranded copper conductors with EPR R-ER-90 elastomer
insulation. Cables up to 6mm2 have tinned conductors.This EPR insulation provides for greater
current carrying capacity and a temperature rating of 90oC. The sheath is a specially compounded
CPE elastomer (Hypalon), a material that has excellent mechanical properties, and in addition to
being flame retardant, is oil and chemical resistant. It also resists the effects of water absorption.
All control cables and power cables 16mm2 and above have an additional inner sheath for
added protection.
• Available as 3C+E up to 70mm2
Environment
Suitable for all general purpose applications and suitable for submersion in polluted
waste water to a depth of up to 10m. In other cases, including seawater: up to 500m.
For Hazardous locations, please refer to the relevant Australian Standard for
recommended installation requirements.
Range
Ozoflex Plus is available in 3 core and E, with conductor sizes from 1.5mm2 through to 70mm2.
