NEW! Our latest product for the JK’s, LitePANELs. These ABS plastic molded panels are
designed to fit perfectly on the curves of the stock JK sheetmetal. The LitePANELs allow
the ORO LiteDOT LED taillights to fit directly onto the JK, no body modifications necessary.
The LitePANELs are retained by the LiteDOT mounting hardware, using a stainless bracket
to clamp the assembly to the body. Included with this kit is the ORO LiteBOX kit, which
will allow the retention of the factory turn signal bulb, thereby eliminating fast flash or
bulb out warnings. LitePANELs are finished as matte black and textured to match the
other Wrangler parts, but can also be painted to match the body. *ORO LiteDOTs sold

LiteDOTs LED taillights. These are to be used with the LitePANELs above, but can be
mounted on any flat surface. Designed to be direct fit on 1987-2006 Wranglers, these can
be adapted to nearly any configuration. Many manufacturers offer replacement quarter
panels for JKs that accept the LiteDOTs as well. These measure 5” in diameter and are
mounted with 2 thru bolts thru the face. Black polycarbonate housing with UV compliant
resin filled front and backside. Provides tail, turn/stop, and reverse functions along with
sidelights.

NEW! Hop-Stopper is OffRoadOnlys solution to the Wrangelr JK hood flutter. This part is
manufactured of stainless steel and assembles below the steel tube structure of the grill that
the hood hook catches on when the hood is opened. When the hood is closed, the hood hook
passes thru the Hop-Stopper and then simply pushing the lever to the closed position, the hood
hook is retained solidly below the grille tube structure and the hood is now 100% retained, no
movement at all! The Hop-Stopper is engaged by reaching thru the middle grill slot, but it is
mounted high enough that you can’t see it from the front of the vehicle, you need to reach in
and feel it to know its there.

NEW! LiteBOX is the one solution for the Wrangle JK Fast flash that will always work. The
process is simple, retain the factory turn signal bulb in the system. These boxes are lazer cut
to accept the turn signal bulb housing for the stock JK taillight. Simply unplug the bulb from
the OEM taillight, wire in the LEDs to the harness and then stick the bulb in these boxes and
mount them inside the fender wells. This allows the bulb to flash and keep the computer
happy. The LiteBOXs hold the bulb in place, keeping wires and other plastic away from the hot
bulb itself. Kit comes with mounting screws as well as slide on tabs to mount the edge to a
sheet metal edge with no drilling. Boxes are approximately 3 ½” on edge.

LiteSPOTs LED spotlights were designed to be a low profile under chassis light, a rock light.
The LiteSPOTs are 3 high power white LEDs embedded in a clear resin housing to deliver a
water and corrosion proof package that delivers a wide beam of bright light, with a 4-6 foot
focal range. They are not designed as backup or driving lamps. The LiteSPOTs include a
neodymium magnet encased in the resin, providing for easy ‘stick on’ mounting to any
ferrous surface. There is also a thru hole drilled in each one and a supplied self tapping
screw to allow for installation on non-ferrous surfaces. Each LiteSPOT measures 1 3/8” in
diameter and 5/8” thick. Each LiteSPOT comes with 24” of 2 strand 22 guage wire attached
and each until will draw approximately 120 milliamps. LiteSPOTs are sold individually, as
pairs or as our pre-packaged “chassis kit” which includes 6 LiteSPOTs and all the wire,
switch and connectors to wire these 6 under a vehicle. Also work well in pickup boxes to
light up under tonneau covers and truck caps. High heat resistant, can be used under hood
or inside as dome lights.

LItePLATE LED License plate lights are the easiest way to light up your license plate. The
stainless bracket is designed to be mounted behind the license plate, retained by 2 of the
license plate mounting bolts passing thru the large holes which measure 7” from center to
center. The stainless bracket then hangs a polycarbonate black housing containing 3
license palte facing white LEDs to light up the license plate. The rearward face of the black
housing contains 3 red LEDs that can be hooked up to operate as a 3rd brake light or a
clearance light. Offered in 3 versions, the difference is the length of the wire harness and
whether is has a disconnect in it. The disconnect (LD-PL6) version is designed for use with
the Rockhard 4x4 parts License Plate relocation kit. (Rockhard part number RH-4007,
available seperately) and backside.

Tru-Turn is our Wrangler JK tie rod upgrade. The factory tie rod has many curves in it and
curves make tie rods weaker. The Tru-Turn kit utilizes the same bolt on hub bracket design
that has been proven in the ORO U-Turn steering kit for TJ’s. By bolting the hub brackets
to the steering knuckles, there is a new mounting point for the tie rod to the steering
knuckle. This generates the ability to have a straight tie rod that goes from one side to the
other, making it as strong as possible as well as easy to adjust toe. The Tie rod is
constructed of 1 3/8” solid heat treated chromoly, drilled and tapped for the ¾ ton
application tie rod ends. Includes everything you need to bolt this onto the JK Dana 30 or
Dana 44 front axle. There is not a provision for the steering stabilizer included, we offer a
stabilizer relocation kit or a separate mounting tab for the stabilizer as an option. These
tie rod ends are greaseable and replacements are available at your local auto parts store.
Customer report the greatest benefit of this steering upgrade is the reduced (actually
eliminated) wandering feeling typicaly found with the 4 door Wranglers.

Tru-Turn Steering Stabilizer relocation kit for Wrangler JKs moves the steering stabilizer
from below the tie rod up to run along the draglink and attach to the frame at the
driverside. The welded bracket with the ears mounts between the factory swaybar mount
and the frame with the moving end clamped to the draglink with our steering stabilizer
bracket kit as shown below. This kit includes all the parts to mount a standard 8” eye to
eye steering stabilizer in this location, but does not include the stabilizer. There is a spacer
plate included to space the passenger side of the swaybar mount down an equal amount
as the driverside for when a swaybar like our SwayLOC is used.

SwayLOC is the most unique antisway bar for Jeeps. The premise of the SwayLOC is the
Dual Rate design. This design encompases 2 individual torsion bars and a simple method
for engagement. When both bars are used, or the arms are latched together in engaged
mode, there is maximum anti-roll control as the force is controlled by both the outer
hollow torsion bar as well as the inner solid torsion bar. When the latch is moved to the
open position, the two latching arms are allowed to move independently and now the
body roll is controlled by a softer rate torsion bar. This soft bar allows the axle to travel
thru full range of motion while giving a slight amount of roll control to match the rear
antisway bar and balancing the front suspension to the rear. The latching mechanism is
either a simple manual ‘flip a lever” control, where a spring being pulled over center to
move the latch, or an even simpler air cylinder that opens and closes the latch, similar
to an ARB operation. An air supply of at least 50psi, maximum 120psi is required for the
air control option. Compressed air will work with proper regulation. Very little volume
of air is used in the movement of the cylinder. Each kit comes with the necessary
hardware to fit a wide range of lift heights. SwayLOCs are designed to bolt onto stock
applications, custom or modified track bar brackets or other items in the area the
SwayLOC moves may require modification.

York Compressor Bracket Kit 2007-11 JK 3.8L This bracket kit is designed to mount a York
heavy duty compressor with a 6 rib clutch to the 3.8L engine. The kit includes the bracket
and hardware to mount the compressor as well as the belt and idler pulleys necessary to
complete the install. With this kit the compressor will be mounted to the engine with the
clutch pulley between the crankshaft and the A/C compressor. The body of the York will
be positioned to the radiator side of the belt. Loosening the mounting of the york and
pivoting it away from the engine is required to change the belt. *York compressor and clutch
not included, but available seperately.

York Compressor Bracket Kit 2012-14 JK 3.6L This bracket kit is designed to mount a York
heavy duty compressor to the front of the 3.6L engine. There is no belt in this kit as this kit
does not require modification to the belt. This kit does include the clutch for a
standard/heavy duty york and that clutch is modified to accept our unique york direct drive
clutch adaptor. The york will mount with the clutch on centerline of the engines crankshaft
and the direct drive coupler on the clutch will engage into the harmonic balancer in a lovejoy style. Brackets and hardware are included to mount the compressor in this location.

U-Turn Steering Kit 1997-2006 TJ 1987-2001 XJ 1993-1998 ZJ The U-Turn steering kit has
earned it place as the best bolt on steering kits for Dana 30/44 hybrid axles. This kit corrects
many issues of the factory steering system. It removes the dead spot in the steering of a
Jeep when lifted over 3 inches by having a draglink connected direct to the U-Turn hub,
preventing unwanted movement or play commmon with the factory setup. The proven bolt
on hubs to relocate the tie rod ends allow for a straight tie rod from wheel to wheel for
ultimte strength. This conversion also reduces the sensitivity over center in the steering and
makes evey mile driven feel much more confortable. Tie rod is constructed of 1 3/8” solid
heat treated chromoly, draglink is 1 ¼” solid heat treated chromoly. Tie rod ends are Moog
and Spicer units, both of which are readily available at local auto parts stores for service. UTurn steering kits have been steering Jeeps down the roads and around the trails for over
10 years now.

Grip-N-Go Shift knob Hand Throttle Any manual transmission vehicle that has a cable driven throttle
plate. The Grip-N-Go hand throttle is designed to repalce the shift knob on any manual transmission
vehicle. Once installed, the level protruding from the side of the shift knob is tied to the throttle of the
vehicle. Operating this lever to open throttle is made easy by a multi step pivot for the lever. The first part
of the lever movement is designed to allow less force to topen the throttle and more finite control. Once
the lever reaches horizontal, then the lever changes the pivot point, allowing for maximum cable travel
for the remaining of the lever movement. The throttle body side of the cable attachment includes
instructions on adapting ot a variety of vehicles. Severa bushings come with the kit to allow it to replace
multiple shift knob threads. Parts included for most common American made and some import models.

5 Pin TJ Turnsignal falsher for LED taillights 2000-06 TJ This flasher is a plug n play option
to convert the TJ 5 pin flasher to LED compatible. The 2000-6 Wrnagler TJs with the headlight
switch on the turn signal stalk require a flasher replacement to correct the fast flash. This flasher
that we source will correct those flashing issues. Please note: Our customers have used with on
these Wrangelrs and converted the front turn sgnal bulbs to LEDS as well. On some occasions
this has proven to work well for that conversion also. However, most of the time, converting
front and rear lights to LEDS and installing this flasher will result in flashing issues. Contact us

ADE Theft Deterant System Instructions included for 1997-06 TJ but will work on any
12 volt vehicle system. This kit is a simple way to require a secret swipe of a magnet to engage
an electronic circuit. On the Wranglers as it was designed, the relay interupts the PDC relay
circuit, and unless the magnet is swiped, the computer and fuel injection systems will not
power up. The result, engine will crank but not fire, vehicle will remain where you parked it
until the magnet is swiped. Custom application, determine which circuit you wish to disable,
insert the ADE relay and the same protection will be just the same. The relay used is the
common 5 pin relay, available at all auto parts stores. The harness is setup for a bypass, simply
make a connection between two wires and the system is completely removed from the
system. Easily installed by anyone handing with a wire crimper.
