drop in fuel pressure that
can damage the injector.
Symptoms of a weak spring
include hard starting, stalling,
poor fuel mileage and poor
acceleration.
With the TechSmart® R81001
kit installed, you will see
an increase of 10-15 PSI of
fuel pressure. The increased
pressure will ensure that
adequate fuel is present
to dampen and lubricate
the internal components of
the fuel injectors to maximize
performance and injector life.

The DISA Valve within the variable intake manifold on
BMW vehicles raises the low and midrange torque
and the top end power output. Over time, the OE
flap becomes stripped, rattles and stops working.

The variable intake manifold on 2011-2005 V6 Mercedes Benz has
a plastic hinge that can easily break, resulting in a stuck intake
manifold flap, a P2006 trouble code, and a costly repair bill.

the failed plastic intake hinge with a newly designed metal one
to ensure that there won’t be any intake linkage failures due to a
broken hinge. The TechSmart® Z56003 kit includes a new metal

failed units for BMW vehicles from 2013-98. A leak detection pump
regularly checks the vehicle’s fuel system for possible vacuum
leaks. Even small leaks can allow fuel vapors to escape into the
atmosphere. Government regulations require on-board testing to
confirm the evaporative system is functioning properly. A defective
Leak Detection Pump will trigger a P1447 DTC and can cause
emissions inspection failure. Replace faulty Leak Detection Pumps

The battery current sensor is part of GM’s Smart Charging System,
introduced in 2004 as increased fuel economy standards forced the
OE vehicle manufacturers to squeeze as much MPG out of a vehicle as
possible. The sensors measure current through the negative battery
cable and feed a signal back to the BCM or PCM, which regulates the
alternator’s charging output according to different conditions. When the
sensor fails the vehicle will not charge correctly, resulting in a DTC and
potentially a dead battery. Replacing the battery current sensor with a

self-levelling headlight system and adjust the headlight height in relation to the
